I have a hard time believing the wretched Marxists are going to let a ruling by the parliamentarian stop them from doing anything. They have no respect for authority or the rule of law. Maybe I'm getting too cynical, but I also think this parliamentarian, who's a life long civil servant, is being used to give us the impression we still have a legitimate working government. We don't.

#10 - Garland is little more than another commie puke that wants the 2nd Amendment gone. He can file whatever amicus brief he may want to, but their opinion means very little here. The case at hand is over the NYRPA lawsuit v. NY and their 'may issue' scam that prevents citizens from getting carry permits. This one is being closely watched because the case made by the litigant is thought to be very compelling and dovetails nicely with Heller and MacDonald. If SCOTUS agrees, this should put the last nail in the coffin of the lefts' endless attempted to restrict the right to self-defense. Garland's amicus brief is poorly written, and not legally compelling at all. It dredges up all the baseless claptrap that the left tries every single time to invalidate 2A. We should always remain informed, but an amicus is nothing but an opinion written - not the case itself. Garland is attempting to sabotage this case because it will further roll back their attempts to restrict 2A by defining it as something the Founders never intended.

The Senate Parliamentarian should nix all the leftist and socialist Democrat “path to citizenship” amnesties for many millions of illegal aliens, that they are improperly trying to push through Congress within spending bills all the way through a Democrat proposed amnesty plan “Z” that is sure to be proposed. As the leftist and socialist Democrats are not going to give up on the possibility of grabbing 22 million or so legalized poor and uneducated foreign born voters in the years ahead which would keep the leftist and socialist Democrats in permanent political power thus changing the politics of the USA.

Mostly, they just IGNORE and BREAK the LAW with impunity. Why must hard-working American CITIZENS pay for the rush of illegal aliens??? Not only is it critical that Republicans retake control of Congress next year, and the White House in three years, once they do they need to clean house. The latest leftist and socialist Democrat amnesty plan is to change the so-called “registry” date in the immigration laws to a recent date that it is claimed would benefit 6.7 million or more illegal aliens who would be immediately granted permanent resident alien (green card) status in the USA, that effectively would also allow untold millions of their immediate relative illegal alien family members to come into or stay in the USA as permanent residents in untold numbers. After five years such permanent resident aliens would gain eligibility to become naturalized US citizens, in reality duel nationals as they would also keep their home foreign country citizenships and because the vast majority of those legalized foreigners are poor and uneducated people, the leftist and socialist Democrats believe that the vast majority of them would then be bound to become leftist and socialist Democrat voters in the years ahead, and keep the leftist and socialist Democrats in permanent political power in accordance with their politically based local, state, and national population change and regeneration plans. That’s what all the Democrat amnesty talk is all about when you get to the bottom line. Common sense will tell you if that happens that it would supercharge future mass uncontrolled illegal immigration, as Biden and the Democrats have shown that they have no intention of ever stopping such unlawful activities..

This is why there should be NO gun laws and NO restrictions--except to those who are currently in the criminal justice system. Even people who previously committed felonies but paid their debt to society should get their rights reinstated. Individual unalienable rights should NEVER be restricted!!!!!

Unintentional killings of innocent civilians are an unfortunate but inevitable occurrence in sustained wars. The wars associated with our attempt to curb terrorism seem particularly prone to producing such killings by American forces. I don’t think there’s any doubt that the wars fought under Presidents Bush (43) and Obama resulted in U.S. forces unintentionally killing innocent civilians. This might well have been the case under President Trump too, despite the scaled-back and changed nature of his war efforts. However, the unintentional killing of innocents in that recent Afghanistan drone strike, as we were completing our evacuation of Americans and Afghans, is different in at least two respects.CORRECTION*

Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough on Sunday ruled Democrats cannot include amnesty in their gargantuan reconciliation bill because it is not a budget-related matter. The Democrats are pushing their $3.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill through budget reconciliation to go around Republicans because it will only need a simple majority to pass. Democrat lawmakers tried to sneak immigration reform in the infrastructure bill because they know it will never pass in a vote that requires at least 60 votes to pass. The Senate Parliamentarian rejected the Democrats’ effort to give illegals a pathway to citizenship because it would lead to “other, life-changing federal, state and societal benefits.”
