A severe escalation of the war on a free internet and free discourse has taken place over the last twelve months. Numerous examples of brute and dangerous censorship have emerged: the destruction by Big Tech monopolies of Parler at the behest of Democratic politicians at the time that it was the most-downloaded app in the country; the banning of the sitting president from social media; and the increasingly explicit threats from elected officials in the majority party of legal and regulatory reprisals in the event that tech platforms do not censor more in accordance with their demands.

This tech fraud was enough to help put JO Joe into office and keep his cocaine-fueled son out of the spotlight for a year or so. I can't wait until Donald Trump is back and his first move is to shut down Fakebook, Twitter and the rest of them in this country, take over their operations and remove all filters. The First Amendment requires it. The people demand it.

What scares me is the ease with which people lie nowadays. It seems there are few occupations that do not call for people to be dishonest, whether they're in menial jobs or are professionals. Have a friend who was born in France and has a collection of idioms that perfectly fit certain situations. One of them is , "He'd lie about the weather and lie about lying about the weather". This is so true about so many lately.

Rudy Giuliani, a former federal prosecutor, appeared on Newsmax last night and stated Hunter's laptop had child porn on it. Where I live, possession of child porn is an automatic long-term state prison sentence. I'm happy to see someone finally report on this, but I find it fascinating how the media, including Faux News, doesn't want to touch this topic. Hannity had a guest on one night who started to talk about child-sex-trafficking among the elites, but SH quickly shut him down. What kind of media do we have in our country when they will look the other way and allow people in power, the elites, to abuse children? Epstein and Maxwell were part of a network. Plus, It is a fact that Hunter had child pornography (and likely much worse), on his laptop. Yet, the media is silent and Chris Wray is not interested. If your Dad is a deep-state player, instead of going to jail, you can openly smoke crack and have sex with minors, while funding your lifestyle with money laundered via the deep state, selling sketchy artwork pieces at $500,000 apiece. How about a story on that Hannity? Maybe you can ring up one of your buddies in the FBI - one of the 99%.

I saw articles that John Sullivan's brother opened his mobile phone to find over 270+ antagonists he was coordinating with at the Capital that day and it wasn't Parler which Amazon blocked but another huge social media company. Haven't seen much about Sullivan next to Ashli Babbitt encouraging his team since but also haven't seen an Amazon delivery on our doorstep since. And never will!

After reading the honest sentiments of fellow comments on this thread I was struck with the harmony of surrender I am sensing in conservatives. This is exactly why we have these problems in our governments and it is not insurmountable but we are being condition reflexed into Pavlofs dogs. We know and are abhorrent to violence and acting as rabble which is good and love our country, however to roll up and accept the silencing of truth as a reality and feeling no hope is the antithesis to being a free and strong country. I personally am convicted. Rant over.

Did Biden’s Political Needs Lead To
Tragically Mistaken Drone Strike?

Unintentional killings of innocent civilians are an unfortunate but inevitable occurrence in sustained wars. The wars associated with our attempt to curb terrorism seem particularly prone to producing such killings by American forces. I don’t think there’s any doubt that the wars fought under Presidents Bush (43) and Obama resulted in U.S. forces unintentionally killing innocent civilians. This might well have been the case under President Trump too, despite the scaled-back and changed nature of his war efforts. However, the unintentional killing of innocents in that recent Afghanistan drone strike, as we were completing our evacuation of Americans and Afghans, is different in at least two respects.CORRECTION*

The Islamic State suicide bomber who killed at least 169 Afghan civilians and 13 United States soldiers outside Kabul airport last month was incarcerated in Afghanistan’s notorious Bagram prison for the past four years, thanks to Indian efforts, Firstpost has learnt through credible intelligence sources. Senior Indian intelligence sources familiar with the case have told Firstpost that he was handed over to the United States' Central Intelligence Agency by the Research and Analysis Wing in September 2017.

Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough on Sunday ruled Democrats cannot include amnesty in their gargantuan reconciliation bill because it is not a budget-related matter. The Democrats are pushing their $3.5 trillion “infrastructure” bill through budget reconciliation to go around Republicans because it will only need a simple majority to pass. Democrat lawmakers tried to sneak immigration reform in the infrastructure bill because they know it will never pass in a vote that requires at least 60 votes to pass. The Senate Parliamentarian rejected the Democrats’ effort to give illegals a pathway to citizenship because it would lead to “other, life-changing federal, state and societal benefits.”

In Washington, there is no greater indication of wrongdoing than the number of people denouncing efforts to investigate it. The “nothing to see here” crowd went into hyperventilation this week when Special Counsel John Durham indicted a former Clinton campaign lawyer, Michael Sussmann. Legal experts who spent years validating every possible criminal charge against Trump and his associates are now insisting that Durham needs to end his investigation. The Washington Post heaped ridicule on Durham despite an indictment detailing an effort to hide the connection of the Clinton campaign and a concerted effort to push false Russian collusion claims.

(CNN)A United States military investigation into a deadly Kabul drone strike on a vehicle in August has found it killed 10 civilians and the driver and that the vehicle targeted was likely not a threat associated with ISIS-K, announced Gen. Frank McKenzie, the top general of US Central Command, at the Pentagon on Friday. McKenzie told reporters that the strike -- which he said killed seven children -- was a "mistake" and offered an apology.

Obviously made at substantial risk to himself, it is a powerful statement that is likely to be suppressed before long. Perhaps he himself should have resigned from the Corps before he made it. White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced Thursday that Border Patrol agents will no longer be permitted to use horses to guard the border in Del Rio, Texas, after “horrific” photos emerged of agents swinging long reins while interacting with Haitian migrants. The announcement comes after the media caused a frenzy by falsely portraying the videos and photos as showing agents hitting the migrants with whips. It was later revealed that the agents were in fact wielding the long reins that make it easier to maintain control of their horses, according to Border Control chief Raul Ortiz. An unnamed Border Patrol agent told Townhall’s Julio Rosas that mounted agents

I promise you those people will pay.” Biden added, “There will be consequences. It’s an embarrassment. But beyond an embarrassment is dangerous, it’s wrong.”

Why has the federal government been trying so hard to keep surveillance footage of January 6th under wraps? We may have an answer to that question if a set of newly released videos are any indication.A judge ordered the videos be released against the wishes of the government prosecutors who claimed doing so would undermine national security. Of course, that makes no sense, and what’s on the videos runs counter to the chosen narrative.Behold, the event that has been compared to the Civil War by the President of the United States. By an overwhelming majority, the House voted to fund the Israeli Iron Dome today, a defensive system that protects against Palestinian rocket barrages. That vote was necessary as a stand-alone bill because far-left anti-Semites, mostly members of the so-called “squad,” joined forces earlier in the week to strip the funding from the main budget bill. Naturally, those who live to see Israel wiped off the face of the Earth didn’t take it well as scenes of lunacy were presented on the floor.
