Manchester, New Hampshire—Sen. Drew Altman, CEO and president of the Kaiser Family Foundation, said something very despicable about Americans who refuse to be vaccinated.
This fellow who heads an untaxed foundation that is dedicated to improving health said, "A quarter of those who were unvaccinated say they will likely get a shot by the end of the year. Seeing their friends get sick and local hospitals fill up again with covid patients may speed them along and add them to the ranks."
He is rooting for the infection of friends of Americans who assert their right not to be tampered with.
The mission has shifted from fighting covid to coercing the vaccination of everyone.

Sunday’s so-called Reliable Sources was the first real public statement CNN had put out about what they regarded as the “Chris Cuomo Conundrum,” as their chyron put it. Host Brian Stelter downplayed Cuomo’s massive breach of journalistic ethics and proclaimed there was a lot of “sympathy” for him at the network. He even suggested their non-punishment was punishment enough for Cuomo and dismissed anyone trying to hold him accountable as “bad-faith actors” spouting off “nonsense.”

Videos from Portland showed a crowd of demonstrators violently shut down an event where Christians gathered to pray on the waterfront – before another clash Saturday afternoon involved Antifascists and alleged Proud Boys members throwing projectiles at each other on a city street. Police officers did not intervene in either confrontation – besides a squad car sounding its siren just feet away. The first instance of violence happened Saturday at an open-air event planned at Tom McCall Waterfront Park near the Battleship Oregon Memorial to be hosted by Artur Pawlowski, a traveling preacher who’s been arrested in Canada for holding in-person worship services in violation of coronavirus restrictions.

Elderly people will likely need booster shots for COVID vaccines, the nation’s top infectious disease expert said Sunday. The level of protection vaccines provide against the virus goes down over time, Dr. Anthony Fauci explained, citing the Pfizer drug as an example. The Pfizer vaccine starts out about 90% effective against COVID, he said, going down to about 84% several months afterwards. Effectiveness of the Moderna vaccine has not yet been shown to decrease, he added, but Fauci expects that to happen eventually. “Sooner or later, you’re going to see an attenuation to the point where we’re going to have to give an additional boost to people,

The University of Wisconsin removed a controversial boulder from its Madison campus Friday after the Black Student Union and other activists objected to its description nearly 100 years ago with a racial slur. Chamberlin Rock, which rests atop Observatory Hill, is named after a 19th Century geologist and former university president, Thomas Crowder Chamberlin, whose work centered on glacial deposits, according to a bio on the university’s website. But it was a reporter’s reference to the rock in a nearly century-old Wisconsin State Journal article that prompted the push for its removal. In October 1925, the university had the boulder excavated and placed prominently atop the hill to honor Chamberlin,

The stronger than expected jobs figures released Friday conceals a troubling sign for the economy: black employment fell in the best month for the labor market since Joe Biden was inaugurated.
The economy added an estimated 943,000 jobs in July. But those job gains were far from evenly distributed.
White employment rose by 1.1 million in July. Asian employment rose by around 267,000. Black employment actually declined. Hispanic employment, which is counted separately and includes people of any race, rose.
The job losses were concentrated among black men. Black women gained jobs for the month.

Dr. Rochelle Walensky has been making the media rounds. During her most recent appearance on CNN, The Conservative Treehouse caught her making a startling admission: The vaccines neither prevent people from catching COVID nor from spreading COVID. At most, they simply reduce the severity of the symptoms people experience if they do catch COVID. From this statement, Sundance draws the logical conclusion: Why should people get vaccine passports if they are both as contagious and as vulnerable to contagion as their unvaccinated cohorts?

Dr. Kobi Haviv is not just any doctor. He’s world-renowned for his work on Covid-19 treatments, particularly aiding patients who have acute respiratory ailments as a result. One would think an interview with him explaining the growing problems Israel is facing with Covid-19 hospitalizations would be newsworthy in the United States, but there has been a media blackout.(Snip)Because he had the gall to utter the phrase, “Yes, unfortunately the vaccine… as they say, its effectiveness is waning.”(Snip)According to Dr. Haviv, the vaccinated account for 85-90% of all new hospitalizations and 95% of “severe” cases at the Herzog Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Axios reports that a dinner was held to address the Kamala crisis. It was a group of old friends getting together for dinner in a home in D.C. last month to “game out how to defend Vice President Kamala Harris

New York City became the first major metro to require proof of vaccination to access restaurants, gyms, and other venues last week. Mayor Bill de Blasio proudly announced the “Key to New York City” pass, a vaccine passport, effective August 16. As Karol Markowicz pointed out, the vaccine passport erased children under 12 from public life because they cannot be vaccinated. The mayor’s office updated the policy to exempt them from the vaccine requirement and mandate masks for children instead.
Public policy is often full of unintended consequences. And while de Blasio and others like him are just sure they are sticking it to white Trump supporters
