Former President Donald Trump pledged to withhold financial support and endorsement backing from any Republican who voted to support a massive, expensive infrastructure spending bill that contains several controversial provisions and will serve as a gateway to an even larger bill featuring a left-wing wish list of packages. The former president’s threat to withhold support follows a 67-27 vote on Saturday in which the Senate advanced the $1.2 trillion spending measure.Eighteen Republicans joined 49 Democrats to advance the legislation for further debate and negotiations, far surpassing the 60-vote filibuster threshold.

Nothing will do much good except getting rid of the criminal vote-counting machines. Let's hear some progress on that!

Personally, I’m as unlikely to vote for any Republican as I am a Democrat. They are all corrupt.
As for Pres Trump, he listened to Fauci, killed the golden goose, released this vaccine madness on us, and let them steal an election he knew they were going to try to steal.
Thanks.

First, I would suggest a public 'lynching', but with the current 'culture' that is probably out of the question?
Secondly: with the seventeen RINO's already 'retiring', at the end of the current session; might we not simply just sue them for their accumulated wages; since they were received under questionable conditions? It is a shame that we cannot just put them on public display, locked in stocks; so their betrayed constituents could just publicaly 'shame' them ?

The other day I received a political envelope from Ron DeSantis. As I started to open it I noticed on the back flap it was from the Republican National Committee. Needless to say it went into the trash..immediately. I will donate to DeSantis but the RNC? No more.

Just watched a wimpy Republican Senator from North Dakota on the FOX Maria show who seemed pleased as punch to help Biden pass his so-called infrastructure bill. If that guy ever walked through one of the Democrat run big cities he would have his butt kicked and be mugged in two minutes. Maria asked him about losing Trump’s support by voting for that leftist Democrat bill, and he essentially blew Maria off.

This is great. So wonderful to have a Republican leader that understands how devious the left (and their Republican enablers) is, and isn't afraid to speak out against it. I can't believe these establishment Republicans are willing to support this bill when Democrats have already stated they will go on to pass the multi-trillion far-left wishlist bill afterwards using reconciliation. The Republicans voting for this monstrosity are either dumb as a bag of hammers, or just as corrupt as the Democrats.

To that end, #6, watch Turtle roll over on the Federal Debt Limit. They can't implement the 3.5T boondoggle without a raise in the debt ceiling, and China Mitch has been talking tough again.

No support from Trump isn't going to be an issue for these rino's. It may encourage them to cooperate with the Marxists even more.

I see that Richard Burr and Thom Tillis voted for it. Burr is retiring. Unfortunately Tillis just started a 6 year term. Tillis was only marginally better that his Democrat opponent.

You can support 'your party', #12. I have been RINO'ed to death by them, and I am done supporting them. Anything I get from the RNC goes immediately in the trash. My days of selecting the lesser of two evils are over.
If you are actually pro-gun, America First, pro-lower taxes and less government spending, and pro-Constitution, you get my support. If you are party of the go along to get along, good time Charlie party of Mittens and Ms. Lindsay, don't bother wasting my time.
So, sidelines it is. You would have us continue to suck up to the likes of Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney. They are your party. You can have them, and it.

Saw an interesting statistic the other day...
TOTAL number of pictures taken in 2020, worldwide, every camera and cell phone Globally: 1.2Trillion.
Total number of ALL pictures/photos taken in history Globally? 7.9 Trillion.
Yet congress/Biden insist on NEW spending this year alone that exceeds those numbers.

#14 - be careful spouting statistics like that. They’ll realize they can generate even more cash for their tech buddies and apply a tax to each photo too!

Because of the federal prevailing wage act, which requires that bid-winning contractors have heretofore paid union scale, infrastructure bills are always a massive laundering mechanism for building trades and trade unions to be rewarded and counted upon for heavy donations to Democrats. It does not matter if many or most of construction worker union rank and file are conservative and support Trump. Labor will always support Democrats. Senate Republicans cannot win any union support for their votes on this bill, and are foolish to believe so. Moreover the bill is otherwise inflationary and extravagantly wasteful, lavishing more money on Democratic crony businesses and nonprofits. Trump is right to be against it. But if I were a member of Congress (I am former Republican congressional staff), I would be distressed to have my Democrat opponent say I am “taking orders from” Trump or anyone else. That is Nancy Pelosi’s party party, not mine. His unnecessary and dictatorial sounding public threats will be used a against every Republican voting no on the bill. I hope this is not repeated.

Me, too. Nothing their names. And ZERO money to national Repubs because they will just ship it to these RINOs.
Nope. The only money I give to politicians now is directly to an individual Congressman or Senator's campaign. NOTHING to the National Repub party.

First off, it's 1.2 TRILLION. Get your headline right.
That's one thousand times more than 1.2 BILLION. as in 1 thousand BILLION.
Second off, Trump started it.

That's $1.2T for the mathematically challenged. How would you like to get a bill for $1,200,000,000,000.00? It's in the mail. Thank the republicans who are begging you for donations.

Good for you #4. I notice the NRSC, RNC sure like to use Trump, DeSantis especially to fatten their wallets but truly support either of them or our MAGA conservative values, nah, not so much.
Also those endless petitions GOP establishment puts on Fb? I make a point to comment so people know what those are about - FUNDRAISING for the establishment and nothing more.
