Barack Obama's birthday celebrations continued for a third day on Sunday, with the former president enjoying brunch at a seafront restaurant in Martha's Vineyard. In a sky blue linen shirt and sunglasses, the birthday boy capped off a weekend packed with parties. He and his guests dined beneath a specially-erected marquee, set beside the water.(Snip)Earlier in the week it was reported how guests would be able to dine on a fully meatless menu, featuring popular vegan brands like Impossible Foods and Eat Just. From images posted on Saturday evening, it is likely that the 'meatless menu' was one of a number of options.

Comments:

The rappers' choice Hennessy cognac, plus steak, shrimp, and chicken at what was billed to the masses as a meat-free fete. And of all the photos, the only person wearing a mask appears to be a lone waiter, never you mind the CDC's new mask mandate, which applies only to the common slob.

Barack Obama, former president, just spent his 60th birthday with friends, family and fawning celebrity types at a bash on Martha’s Vineyard. Not unexpected. And according to reports, he grooved to the song “Birthday [Expletive]” performed live by guest Trap Beckham. A bit unexpected. This is, after all, a former president, a former leader of the free world. A former dignified member of the elitist of all elitist circles.(Snip)Among the lyrics: “One time for the birthday [expletive]. Two times for the birthday [expletive]. Three times for the birthday [expletive]. [Expletive] it up if it’s your birthday [expletive].” The next four lines repeat the f-bomb line.

Elderly people will likely need booster shots for COVID vaccines, the nation’s top infectious disease expert said Sunday. The Pfizer vaccine starts out about 90% effective against COVID, he said, going down to about 84% several months afterwards. Effectiveness of the Moderna vaccine has not yet been shown to decrease, he added, but Fauci expects that to happen eventually. “Sooner or later, you’re going to see an attenuation to the point where we’re going to have to give an additional boost to people,
