It was the Commission on Presidential Debates that made the request to the FBI for an investigation, so it is not clear to me if Scully has any legal liability for filing a false report.

YouTube’s move to rid the platform of QAnon content follows similar recent changes by other social media platforms. In July, Twitter removed QAnon accounts and restricted QAnon content. Last week, Facebook said it would remove groups, pages and Instagram accounts that identified with QAnon.
On Thursday, YouTube became the latest platform to crack down on QAnon, the baseless conspiracy theory promoting the idea of a deep state leftist cabal of pedophiles and child traffickers.

Trying to sound all man of the people, he told a rally in Ohio that he would be the first president ‘in 80 or 90 years’ who did not attend one of those fancy Ivy League schools. Well no, Joe — Reagan didn’t go to an Ivy, nor did Carter, Nixon, Johnson, Eisenhower, Truman or Hoover. Joe also likes to claim that he is ‘the first in his family to go to college’. It’s a line he famously pilfered in 1987 from a Neil Kinnock speech. It also happens to be untrue.

Bruce Ohr, the senior Justice Department official whose conduct in the Russia case spurred significant controversy, has retired after being informed that a decision on disciplinary action was imminent, the department announced Wednesday.
Ohr's decision will spare him any potential punishment for his role in providing information to the FBI about Christopher Steele's dossier at the same time his wife, Nellie Ohr, worked for the same firm as Steele — Fusion GPS, run by Glenn Simpson.
Congressional Republicans complained that the connection created a conflict of interest. Ohr said his bosses approved of the arrangement.

The tables have turned. Amy Coney Barrett, President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, continued to impress Americans on the third day of her confirmation hearing. Even Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), who notoriously attacked Barrett for the “dogma” living “loudly” within her in 2017, said, “I’m really impressed.”

Recently, my pastor noted during his homily that it was Respect Life week. He mentioned that President Trump had signed an executive order to protect babies born alive. The order reads: "Every infant born alive, no matter the circumstances of his or her birth, has the same dignity and the same rights as every other individual and is entitled to the same protections under federal law.”

The number of people who fatally overdosed in Franklin County during the first half of 2020 increased 75% from the year before, according to data from the Franklin County Coroner.
The preliminary data surrounding overdose deaths that occurred between Jan. 1 and June 30 was released Wednesday by Coroner Dr. Anahi Ortiz.
The data showed 437 people died after fatally overdosing on drugs, up 73.4% from the 252 deaths in the first six months of 2019. Most of the overdoses involved people ages 25 to 34.
