LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Two police officers were shot in Louisville as protests erupted in the Kentucky city and other demonstrations were planned in cities across the country in response to a Kentucky grand jury’s decision to not indict police officers on criminal charges directly related to Breonna Taylor’s death. A spokesman for the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department issued a brief statement to the Associated Press Wednesday night saying ‘’We currently have an officer shot. We'll update when we can.“ FOX News later confirmed with police that two officers had been shot. There were no immediate details provided on condition of the officers or the circumstances of the shooting.

It has been revealed that at least two of the voters from ABC’s townhall event with President Donald Trump were actually leftists who have repeatedly criticized the president, despite ABC labeling them as “uncommitted voters,” according to Fox News. The two in question are Kutztown University professor Ellesia Blaque and Philadelphia pastor Carl Day. Both of them were identified on Twitter, where they have made numerous insulting remarks about President Trump. Blaque has previously described President Trump as “pathetic,” a “f*cking moron,” and “a pig.” She had also publicly expressed her intention to volunteer for the presidential campaign of Kamala Harris, back when Harris herself was a candidate.

Firefighters rescued three dogs and six puppies from a Brooklyn Center house fire early Wednesday morning. A KSTP crew at the scene learned the fire started around 3:45 a.m. near 69th and Morgan avenues. The homeowners had already escaped from the house fire when firefighters arrived at the scene. The fire was mostly contained to the home's garage. Some trucks and a camper were also damaged. Firefighters said no one was hurt. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

But for some reason, Alaska’s Lisa Murkowski’s much more surprising announcement that she can’t rule out voting for a nominee, reversing her position last week is getting no MSM attention at all (snip) They are going to try to goad or trap the nominee into supporting things that they think their voters will react strongly to. But the degree of decline that befalls it, and the quickness with which that decline is moving, seems to be largely ignored, particularly by Californians themselves. As the chief legal officers of our states, attorneys general possess a tremendous power to shape public opinion and make official decisions that can affect the outcomes of cases. Regardless of party affiliation, when it comes to exercising the prosecutorial function of our offices, there are certain rules that every attorney general agrees to — and certain lines that should never be crossed. We should never weaponize our office for political gain, regardless of the situation, even when the sitting president of the United States is a citizen of the state we serve. Costco has stopped carrying products from a pimento cheese brand owned by a South Carolina mayor who called the Black Lives Matter and Antifa movements “terror organizations.” Brian Henry, the mayor of Pawleys Island and owner of Palmetto Cheese, told the Georgetown Times that the company’s products were being pulled “as a matter of normal business” and that the wholesale retailer rotates items in and out regularly. “We remain optimistic that Palmetto Cheese will be back on the shelves in the not-too-distant future,” Henry told the Times.

Friends don’t let their friends drive while suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. Unfortunately for the woman in this video, she must not have any friends willing to speak sanity into her life. Upon seeing a Trump rally on the side of a road, she decided it’d be a great idea to let her foot off the brake, hang out the window, and frantically throw up the bird at people. That didn’t go well. There’s a definite difference between Republicans and Democrats and it’s not just a policy-based difference. The attitudes the parties have about this country, its people, and the situation we’re in couldn’t be more night and day. As a video by the Daily Wire highlights, Republicans seem to have a firm grasp on things. The image President Donald Trump and the rest of the Republicans present is one of unflinching resolve, competence, and most importantly, hope. There’s an optimism in the air around Republicans, not just about their reelection chances, about the state of America. Though it’s undeniable that we’re going through hard times, Republicans seem to have their eye on the prize.
