Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not a judge today. Today she is in the dock. She is the accused. Like each one of us who will face judgment one day, Ruth Bader Ginsburg begs for mercy.
As a Catholic, I cannot opine on the state of anyone’s soul, living or dead. We cannot know what happens in the final moments of anyone’s life. We know making a perfect act of contrition in the final moments prevents your descent to the fiery place.(Snip)
What we hear about Ruth Bader Ginsburg is what a wonderful person she was. (Snip) Ginsburg had plenty of time in her career to vote in favor of killing unborn babies.

Walt Handelman's political 'cartoon' showing little girls going through the equality door because of Ginsburg, would be more truthful if he had shown them looking down from a cloud with a smile on their faces.

This is exactly what I thought of when I saw the cartoon of Scalia welcoming her to heaven.

I always thought the Jewish were for an immediate burial after death, but it looks like politics is more important to dems. The hypocrisy of the dems is on full display with this

I'll agree with the author on one point - we do not know what a person on his deathbed does in terms of his final decision regarding any repentance and plea for salvation. However, unless she repented and sought the forgiveness of the Messiah, her fate was tragically sealed at death - "And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment." Hebrews 9:27

Oh to be at the Gates of Heaven when she reports for eternity judgement.
St. Peter, Hmmm, it appears you have Millions of Murdered Babies Blood on your hands...WHOOSH, as the trap door to HELL OPENS WIDE and swallows her up! Arriving in Hell, Lucifer is delighted...I have a special place for you. You get to shovel coal into the furnace keeping Hell the correct temperature. It's a 24/7 job, NO days off... and you'll love it, your partner shovelers are just like you. AND on the special side, you get to wear your BLACK ROBE so the coal dust won't show. Have a Nice Eternity!

Thanks for posting. She was an ACLU lawyer in her career before SCOTUS. I did not know that she had dissented on the partial birth abortion ban. How could that be? To take a life without any sort of due process? And an innocent life at that - as if children were a burden rather than a gift which have come at the command of God? Because FTA: Ginsburg said that without abortion, women could not lead equal lives or have equal dignity. That is so nutz I can't figure! It is so selfish - and encourages women to turn themselves into victims. If you don't want a child what about birth control or adoption? It is a total denial of true feminism - the ability to bring life into the world! Gads - maybe women didn't have much latitude 100 years ago before there was plenty of food, automatic washing machines, public restrooms, tampons & the pill - all those freed up women to be able to live a more creative lives. This is now - women and men will be so much happier & fulfilled loving each other and their babies!

If you looked at all of her former law clerks lined up on the steps, it was overwhelmingly white people. In 27 years on the court this liberal icon had a grand total of 1 black law clerk. If Scalia had that record they would have been mentioning it every 5 minutes. Meanwhile, crickets....

Thank you, OP, from the bottom of a scarred and bleeding spirit. I have no words, and none are needed now. Great article and thank you for posting it.

She has quite literally been deified by those on the left. But then, so was George Floyd.

Search the Scriptures. You will find no support there for the professional life of RBG.
Killing the unborn, lying under oath, refusing to judge fairly, these meet the strictest condemnation from the OT prophets and the NT writers.
See Matthew 25. The least of these: the unborn. They will be the witnesses against RBG. And she has no ground to stand on.
Biological fact: creating a human being requires one egg and one sperm. The egg comes from a female, the sperm from a male. There is only one action which can cause this to take place. The female has the capacity to keep this from happening.
When she does not, a new human comes into existence.
No ruling of any Court can make the egg and sperm anything other than a new human being. Sorry, RBG. You lose.

Could not stand the dame. As a jurist she ought to have known that when you put on the black robe you leave your personal politics outside. Recall, Justice is Blind? Not in her case. Everything was politics. Killing babies was part of her political agenda and to me that is not a supreme court judge. When she traveled outside the US she mouthed off about the country that gave her much. If the Constitution was so outdated, where have we heard that before, why didn't she move to Egypt where she made the statement. Plenty for her to do there. Ginsberg was like the community punk, bring down the US any way you can! Sorry, but I won't miss her!

This is a very unChristian thing to say but she doesn’t deserve any mercy. From God or anyone else. If women want to have equal citizenship they can start by keeping their panties on and learning the word “No”.

After wading through gobs of treacle on Ginsburg, I finally found an essay that spoke the truth. Let the rest stand around spouting superlatives and calling her The Greatest. I absolutely do not agree.
