This swell gets her store looted, shoplifted and then sued by lawyers over web site availability to blind people. She no doubt voted as she was told at cocktail parties..."Oh, darling, everyone we know votes Democrat, Jill and Kamala are so sweet," and, assuming a frown, "that nasty Trump, a traitor to his class. I've heard he is welcome in places like West Virginia and Kansas, How gauche!"

So the deaf and blind can now sue companies advertising on billboards since they aren't compliant with the ADA. At some point this nonsense has to be addressed.

There are ways to deal with her problems: Option 1: go to purely on-line sales. Don't ship merchandise until it is paid for, and don't allow returns; Option 2: in-person visits by appointment only secured with a credit card and $2,000 reserved on the card before accepting the appointment. People who can't afford those conditions shouldn't be in the shop in the first place, because they can't afford the designer duds and accessories she sells. Install security doors and a buzzer system as well. As for the visually-impaired issue, it sounds like she'll just have to suck that one up, unless she moves out of New York.

Two years after the effective date, there are similar requirements on other residential buildings. Gabel said the cost would be under $1,000 for the setup in these homes. However, state Rep. For the past few years, Atlanta has been roiled by corruption scandals centering on the city’s decades-old program to favor minority-owned businesses in government contracting.
