Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann on Wednesday floated additional and more serious federal charges against Trump in New Jersey.
Special Counsel Jack Smith last week indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami. (Snip) Trump was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.
Jack Smith however did not charge Trump with dissemination of the national defense information related to documents stored at his Bedminster, New Jersey golf club.

Political death by a thousand paper counts. The Deep State will skin 45 alive with political prosecutions to keep him from being 47. DeSantis, be aware you're next.

If you have a backup plan, you must not have a lot of confidence in your current plan.
Pray that a sane judge sees through all this nonsense and throws it out of court and throws the prosecution lawyers in jail.

#2, You’re right. That is their strategy. My goodness, these people are wicked. More than that they are determined to destroy Trump. Will there come a time when this obvious malicious persecution of him will backfire? Democrats are so excited by the possibility that they can take out Trump that they don’t even pretend to be anything other than a legal hit squad with a single goal. I fear they will hound President Trump literally to death. Then they would dance on his grave.
Wake up, people! Once they remove Trump, their focus will turn to anyone who opposes him. This is what always happens when Marxism takes control of a country. There is no country in the world that has not gone down this path when Marxists have seized power. Don’t believe we are so unique that it will not happen here. They have all the right totalitarians in the right positions to make sure it will happen. Also take note, that they have control of the military and much of law enforcement. Add to that equation their control of the media. It will be easy to encourage many of the illegals who are flooding the country to do their bidding. Why do you think that a majority of them are young men? We are up against a formidable enemy and they mean business. Look what they have done already. We are in a world of hurt when lawless men and women believe they are the law and act accordingly especially when those in the legal community recognize that what they are doing is political prosecution and remain silent. God help us.

This is the way Obama got elected to be Senator.
It's all coming from Obama the guy behind the curtain.

Actually my favorite solution is that they succeed in getting Trump jailed...AND he wins in 2024, running the country from prison, and eventually (1) fires/jails all of them and (2) pardons himself.
Yes, they would be epic schadenfreude.

Re #5 - they're already coming after his supporters - see the J6 defendants rotting away in the DC Gulag or federal prison.

They know that the Florida jury pool will be less favorable to their case, so they want to bring a case where there are more Trump-haters. It's called forum-shopping.

This is what to expect Jack Smith and Weissman. Trump will be elected and will fire you. Additionally, he will pardon himself of all your fake charges. I don't wish these two a good day.

This is the grossest and most brazen form of interference with nation’s electoral process. A straight in your face violation of basic rights of hundreds of millions of citizens. Time for the SCOTUS to step in and stop the nonsense in time. Letting it ‘run its course’ is not a viable option.

Heck, there are 50 states plus DC where they can continue to "persecute" until they finally "get him". The liberal tyrants will play all their cards. I heard Trump jay-walked 45 years ago, maybe someone should investigate.

They must be realizing they don't have a very strong case (none have been in 7 years), and already discussing the "back up plan" is telling. Especially since it's been the ethically challenged Weissmann who's been behind the whole charade since the Mueller scam didn't work.
Weissmann destroyed the Anderson accounting firm over the Enron debacle, only to be unanimously overturned by the Supreme Court. Instead of shame, it looks like he was rewarded with promotions and lauded as someone they could work with and do what they needed without concern for the outcome.
Jack Smith has similar background, and someone they knew would do whatever to get this to where it is now.
Yet, there are those pesky laws, statutes and the Constitution that still stands for most, and should rule at the end of the day.

Will no one rid us of this meddlesome lawyer?
Hoping that some one out there has read history and has the ability to solve our problems with him, such as a disbarrment or something else to permanently shut up this evil little piece of trash.
