Biden Admin Negotiates Deal to Give WHO
Authority Over US Pandemic Policies

Original Article

The Biden administration is preparing to sign up the United States to a “legally binding” accord with the World Health Organization (WHO) that would give this Geneva-based UN subsidiary the authority to dictate America’s policies during a pandemic. Despite widespread criticism of the WHO’s response to the COVID pandemic, U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra joined with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in September 2022 to announce “the U.S.-WHO Strategic Dialogue.” Together, they developed a “platform to maximize the longstanding U.S. government-WHO partnership, and to protect and promote the health of all people around the globe, including the American people.”

If We the People don't put a stop to this usurpation of our Constitutional liberties and God-given rights, then we are doomed to slavery.

I'd like to hear more from Conservative members of Congress about this, and when we get our next Conservative president I hope we get out of the WHO again immediately.

Contrary to popular belief (what the left likes to pretend), the UN has no binding, trans-national authority over any sovereign state. It never has and it's nowhere to be found in its charter. The WHO, a subsidiary of the UN, also has no binding authority either. Article I of the US Constitution gives the Senate sole power to ratify any treaty the President signs, provided 2/3 majority approval. The end run that the authors of this draft WHO accord invoke "provisional" authority, making the treaty binding without Senate ratification. FTA: "There are several U.S. Supreme Court decisions that may support the Biden administration in this. They include State of Missouri v. Holland, in which the Supreme Court ruled that treaties supersede state laws. Other decisions, such as United States v. Belmont, ruled that executive agreements without Senate consent can be legally binding, with the force of treaties." Prepare for lawsuits to wind their way through the courts while this "provisional" WHO accord inflicts damage and erodes away US sovereignty.

This must be stopped. FTA: A key question surrounding the accord is whether the Biden administration can bind America to treaties and agreements without the consent of the U.S. Senate, which is required under the Constitution. The zero draft concedes that, per international law, treaties between countries must be ratified by national legislatures, thus respecting the right of their citizens to consent. However, the draft also includes a clause that the accord will go into effect on a “provisional” basis, as soon as it is signed by delegates to the WHO, and therefore it will be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures

No the hell it won't. There is no legal space between "ratified" and "un-ratified". This is just more "elites" pretending that illegal is the same as legal. any UN thug who shows up trying to enforce this get two in the face...

The Supreme Court has ruled that it is unlawful for colleges and universities to use race as a factor in admissions, overturning rulings from as far back as 1978 that claimed institutions of higher education had a valid interest in promoting racial diversity on campus and could thus give favorable consideration to black and Latino applicants in their admissions process. Two separate decisions were reached in which the nation’s highest court ruled that Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill engaged in unlawful discriminatory practices based on race that violated the Constitution.

The school board election was central in Saturday’s discussion on critical race theory hosted by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and Blount County United. One school of thought primarily manifested in the race relations symposium, and speakers encouraged the audience to be active in the community. Katy Chiles, an author and professor at UT, presented the symposium’s section on understanding critical race theory. Chiles started with a definition, a contrast and a call for action. Critical race theory is, she said, a framework to analyze origins of racial inequities in America. It is not, she contrasted, a label for white oppression or guilt.

The officials said Zero Hedge, which has 1.2 million Twitter followers, published articles created by Moscow-controlled media that were then shared by outlets and people unaware of their nexus to Russian intelligence. The officials did not say whether they thought Zero Hedge knew of any links to spy agencies and did not allege direct links between the website and Russia.CORRECTIONS*

In the decades during which I have followed politics and social issues, I have seen passionate disagreements among Americans. The Vietnam War was the focus of massive protests. Legalized abortion, after Roe v. Wade, was followed by bombings. Racial integration was accompanied by murders by racist militants. Unenforced laws, including immigration and retail theft, have left us feeling betrayed by our government. The list goes on. Somehow, we survived. Then came the transsexual movement, complete with "drag-queen story hours" for young children. Some of those children have become the victims of surgical mutilation.
