In a historic ruling, The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the Harvard and UNC race-based affirmative action programs are unconstitutional. Schools nationwide will no longer be able to discriminate against students on the basis of race. How outlandish were Harvard’s affirmative action policies? An African American student placed within the 40th percentile of their academic index is more likely to gain admission than an Asian student who ranks in the topmost, 100th percentile.

In the scheme of things the court ruling outlawing affirmative action will not change much, as qualified minorities with still be admitted to colleges and universities in greater number each year. These days no admissions officers are going to discriminate against qualified minorities who will appear each year in greater numbers.

This hideous person ONLY got into and thru Princeton due to racial handouts. I tried to read her MS thesis....it is pathetic gibberish, a morass of racist catchphrases. It is a pathetically short document, too. Clearly it was way too little for the required page count...so it has about 1 3/4" side margins and ridiculously large top and bottom margins...desperately stretching a minimal piece of garbage far enough to barely meet the minimum, I'm sure. The product of a lazy person with a third or fourth rate racist mind.

He basically admits that they were AA residents of the WH. The man gave them a chance to run things. They were too incompetent to do it on their own; the election had to be stolen twice for them. Dumb question, but how will non-minorities prove they were not victims of reverse discrimination from this point on? We know how lawless society is. What's to keep colleges from accepting whoever they want? How would any applicant get access to SAT scores, for instance, to show that someone with lower qualifications was admitted instead of them?

The danger of this court and the abuse of power in this court particularly as it is related to the entanglements around conflicts of interest, as well.”Anchor Dana Bash asked, “Are you saying that the justices’ power should somehow be limited?”
