Independent journalist Mike McCormick served as a White House stenographer during the Obama administration, an experience that provided him with both insider knowledge and a unique perspective. In a recent Substack post, McCormick questioned why, less than two weeks prior to former President Donald Trump’s inauguration, the Obama administration chose to give the “green light” to lift the moratorium on federal funding for gain-of-function research, or research intended to increase the lethality or the transmissibility of a pathogen.

And yet, we all see how much the leftists continue to worship Obama. They refuse to imagine that he was out to weaken America. The princes of the Left have freely gifted the Obamas scores of millions of dollars. Does anyone suppose that the MSM will publicize or investigate this abominable discovery?

It should be unlawful for any outgoing Administration from Election Day to the day that a new President is inaugurated, to change any major government policies. As what we have been seeing out of corrupt DC these days, those policy changes like this one could have “set up” the new President and incoming Administration especially if they are of the opposing political party, and the country for all sorts of politicized future disasters, thus sabotaging the new President and Administration in ways that would effect the future politics of the country. Like this change in government policy may have “set up” the Trump Administration and the country for the COVID-19 pandemic that was thereafter imported from China.

Just for kicks, find and watch a movie made in 2011-12 titled Contagion. It stars Matt Damon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lawrence Fishburne and a host of other names. It is almost step by step the story of the Covid pandemic. It's almost as if the powers that be used it as a template to deliberately infect as many humans as possible in order to set in motion the 'new world order.'

FTA: The recommendation to end the moratorium also flew in the face of what Obama’s Homeland Security adviser, Lisa Monaco , considered “one of the gravest risks for the new administration”: the emergence of an “infectious disease.” The President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology similarly sent a letter to Obama just days after Trump’s victory warning him of the very real threat of biological attack. The 16-page letter explicitly warned that the “modification of pathogens to overcome existing immunity or to be resistant to available drugs.” In other words, GOF posed a serious threat to national security. Despite these warnings, the National Institutes of Health lifted the pause on GOF funding in December 2017 — conveniently placing responsibility for this unfortunate decision on Trump. Just four days later, White House officials conducted a tabletop exercise with their incoming Trump administration counterparts. The topic? How to respond to “the worst influenza pandemic since 1918.” Was there much more to that meeting in early January 2017 that is suspected of launching the Russiagate investigation? Why would Obama ultimately "green light" such a dangerous GOF program just days before transferring power?

Early December 2012, I came down with the flu. I went to my doctor and he said that there basically was nothing you could do for the flu. The only thing would be to take "tamiflu" but that has to happen in the first 24 hours of onset. He also commented that flu shots were not a given either. Even if you get a flu shot, you can still get the flu. Advance to 2020, and now I am hearing about vaccines. I think Donald Trump got taken on that one but look who he put in charge of the covid debacle - Mike Pence. A deep-state Vice President. I never understood why he chose Pence over Ben Carson - a physician. There were no consistencies in Pence, Fauci, and Birx's actions. They couldn't even get the masks right because cloth masks did nothing for protection. I firmly believe Obama kept this "gain-of-function" tidbit and Fauci in his back pocket for necessity.

There's one powerful force that keeps this country from seeing the abundantly obvious, our desire for it not to be true. Despite our loathing of the political opposition and for good reason, the thought that for political gain, power and the personal gains the corruption of that power offers, any American would become the next Hitler of Stalin seemed unthinkable but that is exactly what happened. Exaggerating, am I? • Hitler’s holocaust 6 million not to mention the total death toll of WWII • Stalin’s Holodomor 6 million starved not to mention the total death toll of WWII and subsequent 20 million of his own people • Obama/Biden/Clinton: 6.74 million COVID death toll….…so far We can forget about unraveling what the “good” Germans were thinking and how they let that happen, we have some self-reflection to do.

In the complete absence of any constructive reason for having done so, there are only two possibilities remaining as to why Obama did this: 1. it was part of an ultra-nefarious plot to kill large numbers of Americans; 2. the key decision makers all got large payoffs from China/Soros/Gates/??, who each had their own professed reasons to conduct 1, above. Either way, everyone involved in that decision is guilty of high treason and should at least go to prison for life.

Susan Arnold, writing at Townhall, August 11, reported that Republican support for Donald J. Trump to seek a second term as president increased, significantly, in the aftermath of the FBI swoop-down on his Mar-a-Lago home, August 8. What if this is just as Democrat Machiavellians figured? What if the Democrat political masterminds (definitely not including our hapless president) believe that their best chance to hold the presidency in 2025 would be if Donald J. Trump is the GOP candidate in 2024? Think about it. The Democrats, by now — those who direct party strategy — know Mr. Trump inside-out.

It’s possible that the Democrats’ decision to use COVID to gain a political advantage in the 2020 election and beyond may have triggered a powerful Black Swan event. Even as they succeeded in destroying the U.S. economy and weaponizing public schools, they may unintentionally have set the U.S. on a new and wonderfully beneficial path: Turning women into stay-at-home mothers who have removed their children from the state’s indoctrination. I don’t know whether the left, through Fauci, worked with China to create and release COVID. Whatever its origins, COVID gave the left the major epidemic disease it wanted to jumpstart the “Great Reset.”
