A Georgia prosecutor investigating Donald Trump's efforts to overturn his defeat in the state's 2020 presidential election told a judge on Tuesday that decisions on whether to bring criminal charges are 'imminent.'
Fani Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, spoke at a hearing on whether to publicly release the final report from a special grand jury that spent months examining the Trump campaign's actions.
She urged county Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney to keep the report secret for now, warning that future defendants could argue that unsealing the document hurt their right to a fair trial,

Bring on the secret Star Chamber convictions in the name of justice, freedom, and democracy!
The problem for these knuckleheads bringing charges in courts of law instead of the media is he gets discovery and gets to depose people under oath. No one wants that.

Go ahead. Make President in exile Trump a bigger hero than he is now. Give him more and more publicity. Better yet, arrest him and make him a living martyr.

Trump, as the person on the ballot, would seem highly eligible to question and review the election results.

She is the DA in Fulton County. These allegations should be handled at the State AG level. She should be focused on the high crime and murder in the county she represents. But there is no political gain in that. Black woman seeking national attention and whose campaign was likely funded by G Soros.

The whole purpose is to charge with a felony whether it’s true or not. If you have a felony charge you can not be on a presidential ballot in 2024. The prosecution will drop the charges, or a jury will find not guilty just after the 2024 election. Worst case appeals will still be in progress with the same result not on ballot. This is the game these communists are playing.

Another corrupt prosecutor. Imagine that.
They really want Trump gone.
If everything done to destroy Trump was exposed, we would be shocked by the magnitude of it all.
Our government is extremely corrupt.

If one follows that line of 'thinking' no wrongly convicted person should be allowed to file an appeal. After all, that would be 'overturning' it.

She is still attempting to legitimize Georgia's cheating, not realizing that it's okay, everybody on the left is already going along with it. Keep your fat Fani out of Trump's business. The election was stolen from him and no Soros-paid DA is going to gain any respect by piling on. You publicity seekers are sickening.

Keep the final report secret for now as it is much more useful if we can claim things are in it that are not.

Since when is questioning the conduct of an election the act of overthrowing it? The only answer to this is that it was a crooked election and finding that out would overthrow it. Al Gore did the same thing when he questioned the ballots from Palm Beach County in Florida and it went all the way to the Supreme Court.
