If the Biden administration was looking for a deflection from the president’s classified documents scandal, they’ve now been handed one. According to CNN, multiple classified documents were found at the home of Mike Pence after he apparently had his lawyer conduct a search. (snip) Because of Pence’s stupidity, the narrative will shift to blaming the system in order to excuse Biden’s criminality. This was the lifeline the president needed.

I think Pence is part of the Swamp. He's only managed to limit its hold on himself, through blackmail. But he profits and conforms, none the less. Trump's biggest weakness is trusting anyone who's been in Washington for more than one term of office for elected officials, or 5 years for the unelected staff. If they stick around after that it's because they hold their nose at the feeding trough and are very aware and to some degree complicit. Trust only people the Swamp consistently hates. And even then, be prepared for a dagger.

So why didn't he look for possible docs when all the crap with Trump started? He is not the pious individual he tries to portray! And now he shifts the spotlight from all Biden's stealing of docs. Way to go Pence, you still think you are on the high road, when actually you are a rhino taking the low road once again.

Who cares? Part of the problem is that 'Top Secret' is a classification more often to signal, 'Hey! I'm someone important', than it is about the risk of disclosing some information. I think in DC that toilet paper comes labelled that way.

Pence will claim that his deeply held Christian values made him come forward. Pious to the end, just like the Pharisees. In case you’re not up on the Bible, these were men that Jesus had the harshest words for. He called them whited sepulchers, something seen as pure and clean on the outside but full of dead men’s bones. And that was by far not the worst rebuke. I am all for honesty, but as the author pointed out, why wait until now to go on a hunt for documents? It would have made more sense if Pence was so worried about a breach, why not check following the brouhaha at Mar-A-Lago? So he waits for months and then when Biden is caught red handed, he goes into action. Something is not right here. This “find” is so out of the blue that it feels forced. Now why would anyone want to do that? My money’s on the possibility that there is something damaging to President Trump. Manufactured or planted, would not surprise me. Who knows? Another question, if Pence’s attorney does not have the proper security clearance, why in the heck does he have the right to be involved? Why wouldn’t Pence just call the FBI or National Archives and express a concern? Is it me or does this pious revelation smell just a little?

I am really very tired of pew warmers. People who sit in churches but don't realize they need to brush off their doorsteps. There seems to be more emphasis on forgiveness and repentance gets lost in the mix. When in fact, they go hand in hand. We are called to set ourselves apart and live in God's ways not the adversary's ways. When Mike Pence took the classified documents to his house, he is living in the adversary's ways. I am so disappointed in what we have for leadership. Seems like nobody is after God's heart. Live for themselves. Disappointed in Mike Pence. . .

A couple very important questions: 1. WHY would Pence or ANY politician even bother announcing they've found classified documents when nobody even knew they were looking? If they found something questionable they could easily have just disposed of it on the spot and nobody would be any wiser. Wouldn't the be a rather typical government MO? 2. Notice that we're only told about PAPER classified documents. What about ELECTRONIC documents? ZERO mention of that! Are we supposed to believe that there are NO electronic documents or that paper classified government documents are not backed up or saved somewhere in the CLOUD? This is all a complete crock but but it has also revealed something else important. Notice how Pence took the bait and was 1st to plunge in for a deep document dive to "demonstrate" his integrity to the public. What he revealed, however, is that he's a supreme doofus.

I have some additional comments especially after just reading that Pope Francis says homosexuality is not a crime and that God loves all His children. Yes, I understand very much what the Pope is saying but he left off one very important phrase. Homosexuality along with other sexual immorality (except for prostitution) is not a crime but is a sin in God's eyes. I get that we can never be perfect but does that mean we just keep sinning. If we are truly living in God's ways, we will want to minimize our sin. I don't know who is worse - Biden being a Catholic or Pence's Christianity and it seems to be a badge of honor for either one of them to have classified documents. By the way, I have the same questions as #10. I am not so certain Pence is being honest in all of this. To Mike Pence: you really don't represent God very well in all of this. . .

#2, the Obamboozler has several spacious mansions: Chicago (thinking it hasn't been sold; plus the promised library); DC; Martha's Vinyard (with its two 2000 gallon propane tanks); and (if the story is true) Hawaii. Of course, he, like DJT, has the Presidential prerogative to "declassify" items... unless the Records Dept disagrees (that's interesting in itself), none of the others we know about so far are within the law.

This is coming off as a cheap politic al gimmick, Pence's "Hey, look at Me," gambit. Pence locks a classified document or two, possibly FOUO documents with cover sheets changed to TS, inside a safe, sets up a "purity-search," or virtue-signaling excursion by hand-chosen attorneys, and thinks he can win trust touting his diligence against the lack of same vis-a-vis Trump and Biden. Pure campaign rubbish. To those who believe that Top Secret (TS) or Sensitive Compartmented information (SCI) is a DC myth, you are displaying massive ignorance. It is true that a handful of bureaucrats try to use classification to shield their dirty work from FOIA requirements but it is also the case that our adversaries, some of whom are native born Americans, go to work every day, with the purpose of harming US interests and/or killing our people. Their methods and capabilities must be known in order to counter them, which is at the core of TS/SCI. Often, the only good risk mitigation strategy is to find the bad guys and kill them, a strategy that is increasingly rare since the Obama administration.

They have adopted in their news coverage a utilitarian view that noble progressive ends justify almost any unethical means to obtain them. The media is unapologetically fused with the Democratic Party, the bicoastal liberal elite, and the progressive agenda.

The largest lockdown uprising in China took place at facilities run by Apple’s Foxconn supplier where workers had previously jumped to their deaths. After thousands fled the Apple gulag, making their way through the woods and rural areas to freedom, other employees battled with Communist authorities over abusive conditions and treatment in the iGulag. Apple had nothing to say about the rights of those workers who thought differently enough to break free and fight back. If they were foolish enough to have iPhones, there’s little doubt the company would have eagerly helped authorities track them down to be imprisoned or killed.

The watchdog found no evidence of malfeasance on the part of Trump or any Trump-appointed officials.

The Biden administration is facing some scrutiny over a proposal to change the way it racially/ethnically classifies federal employees. At the moment, anyone of Middle Eastern or North African descent only has the option of identifying/being classified as “white.” Were the administration’s proposal to be approved, these individuals would instead have the option of identifying as Middle Eastern or North African. The proposal would accomplish this by rewriting the Office of Management and Budget 1997 Statistical Policy Directive No. 15: Standards for Maintaining, Collecting, and Presenting Federal Data on Race and Ethnicity (SPD 15).
