A comprehensively corrupt and politically motivated U.S. Justice Department has appealed the part of Judge Cannon’s previous order appointing a special master with authority to review documents the FBI collected at Mar-a-Lago last month. [Appeal for ‘stay’ pdf motion Here] The corrupt and politically motivated Lawfare prosecutors state they have serious concerns about handing government secrets to a third party and will not allow it. In essence, the DOJ-NSD, an agency within the justice department created by Eric Holder, is claiming no one outside the DOJ-NSD should be allowed to review the documents they have defined as “national security” interests.

" The corrupt and politically motivated Lawfare prosecutors state they have serious concerns about handing government secrets to a third party and will not allow it..." Refusing to comply with a judge's order? Isn't that contempt of court? If she ruled so, beating them to the punch, then they would have to appeal the contempt ruling before they could argue the proposed stay==as the review proceeded. I guess I'm dreaming, but just imagine.

https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/22275119-cannon-order-to-appoint-a-special-master The above link will take readers to the order issued by Judge Aileen Cannon, approving a special master to review the documents, clothing, and other items taken in the surprise raid on Mar A Lago. The judge writes very clearly, so reading the entire 24 pages was not that difficult for an ordinary citizen like me. If I could follow along, I'm guessing most of the folks here could follow along as well or better than I did. Her clear, organized thinking was more persuasive to me, than the DOJ's attempt to discredit her reasoning. The judge seems to have anticipated how the DOJ was going to argue against having their "work" reviewed, so I suspect she is way ahead of them. Don't take my word for it though. Read it yourselves.

Barr got his wish ...he's been on TV 24/7 pushing for an appeal, trashing Trump & the Judge . Is Barr now the spokesperson for Biden's JD? I guess Barr forgot about separation of powers...JD is not above the law. One thing for sure leaks did not occur until after Trump's house was raided. My guess is Trump never opened the boxes that someone else packed almost Two years ago. Leak a day JD is one sided. Oh yeh they take the boxes, leak the contents then complain about the Judge & Trump.

Of course, Mitch and Kevin and the other RINOs don’t mind this. DC is broken. All this attacking President Trump also gets the simple minded press off of Hunter’s laptop.

They're panicking because the Queen's death has knocked them off of 24/7 tv news coverage, effectively degrading their planned disparagement of Trump. Their logic does not hold water regarding national security. If there actually were bona fide national security documents in question, would a living former president, any living former president, be more or less likely to protect those secrets than a passel of thoroughly politicized democrat lawyers inhabiting a rogue Justice Department in an administration that is pedaling as fast as it can to transition to a communist-totalitarian government model? I'd even trust Jimmy Carter or Obama with national secrets before I would any person low enough to be a Biden administration functionary, including the current Pentagon brass.

Just remember that the DOJ-NSD is a dirty tricks unit that was behind the Russia Collusion investigation/farce. They committed outrageous injustice in that episode. They've been able to cover their tracks pretty well, but they're now horrified that President Trump has some of the "classified" information that would expose their criminal behavior, if it got into the public. This search was not a search for specific classified material; it was a fishing expedition search for anything they could get their hands on that they might be able to use against Trump in the future. If a judge or special master reviews what they have seized, they'll be exposed as the dirty tricks squad they are.

The whole idea of the raid - - was to concoct evidence to indict President Trump - - before the mid-term elections. By appealing the judge's decision - - this matter will be dragged on for months - - precluding anything happening before November. What the weasels at the DOJ are saying is - - "We've got gotz!" They have nothing which shows any criminality by President Trump - - so they're stomping their feet - - and leaking nonsense to the corrupt media - - just to convince the deluded leftists that there's something there.

Two stories in the news strike a common chord: the need to stop infantilizing minority, especially black, populations. The first comes from the world of sports and involves the familiar racial hate incident hoax. Briefly, the Duke women’s volleyball team played a match at Brigham Young University, and lost. After the match, the godmother of one of the Duke players, who is black, tweeted that someone in the BYU crowd had yelled the “N-word” at her goddaughter when she was serving. It turned out that she (the godmother) is a virulent anti-white racist (“These white folks ain’t never had they ass kicked, but they better get used to it”).

Those documents contain the evidence of the collective government effort to target candidate Trump and then effectively remove President Trump. THAT effort included the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Stop pretending. Senator Mark Warner was at the heart of the legislative branch effort in the aftermath of the failed attempt to stop candidate Trump from winning the 2016 election. Senator Warner specifically

The sound of Washington Post columnist Michael Gerson on Friday's PBS NewsHour underlined how there is no debate and no democracy on PBS. They put on a RINO who says the GOP is simply awful, and the liberal on the panel says "Oh, I agree!" Republicans pay taxes to be painted as awful for opposing the murder of unborn babies. Gerson was the chief speechwriter for President George W. Bush, a moderate Christian conservative. Bush nominated Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the majority opinion overturning Roe vs. Wade.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff, bared almost all at a New York Fashion Week show Saturday. Emhoff, 23, was walking the runway for Prabal Gurung at UN Plaza when her left breast fell into full sight of the photographers and spectators, the New York Post reported. At the time, she was modeling a sheer lime-green “top” that wasn’t really more than a poorly-wrapped scarf around her neck and chest when the incident occurred, and it’s unclear whether it was intentional or not. The look was paired with a black mini skirt, sandals, and long black gloves,

At some point, these horrible RINOs will notice there is no one standing behind them. RINO Senators Lindsey Graham, Mike Rounds, Kevin Kramer slammed Trump and said “pardons for January 6 protesters was a bad idea.” These same senators have SAID NOTHING about the men and women imprisoned today without trial following the January 6 protests. Don’t fool yourself, they don’t care if ANY Trump supporter rots in prison.CORRECTION*

Disney CEO Bob Chapek recently suggested that the “essence” of the Disney brand was misused in its opposition of parental rights in Florida, making the remarks months after the company went full groomer in opposing a ban on inappropriate discussions on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten classrooms. Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law went into effect this year after several tumultuous weeks of far-left radicals mischaracterizing the bill, even falsely labeling it “Don’t Say Gay.” In reality, the law does not ban any phrase or word but, in part, bars woke classroom discussions on sexual orientation and gender identity in classrooms for children in kindergarten through third grade.

I don’t know, and neither do the experts who are charged with predicting them. Hard as it is to believe, our models about how the climate and weather work are not quite as reliable as we have been told. Again and again and again…. Ars Technica has an interesting story that does a fine job of pointing out the huge disconnect between the experts’ predictions of a vicious hurricane season and the welcome lack of tropical storms this year. Back in May NOAA predicted an above average year for tropical storms and hurricanes, and they had reasons to. They claimed that “ongoing La Niña, above-average Atlantic temperatures

The Justice Department issued 40 subpoenas seeking information about the actions of former President Donald J. Trump and his associates in relation to the 2020 election and the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol. Boris Epshteyn and Mike Roman, who were both Trump advisers, have had their phones seized as evidence reports the New York Times, however the new subpoenas have been issued for a wide variety of people around Trump, from low-level aides to his most senior advisers. The action represents something of an escalation in the investigation coming just two months before the midterm elections, following several months of relative calm.
