A federal judge has knocked down the government's objections to require White House chief medical adviser Anthony Fauci and press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to answer "interrogatories" in the social media censorship lawsuit by Louisiana and Missouri attorneys general Jeff Landry and Eric Schmitt. Their First Amendment suit has already uncovered intimate cooperation between social media companies and 50-plus federal officials at a dozen agencies or components, including the White House, to flag, throttle and remove purported misinformation about COVID-19, election security and the Hunter Biden laptop story.

KJP isn't able to answer any question unless the answer is in her notebook and even with that she still cannot read it properly. AND... she often falls back to "I don't have anything on that" when she doesn't want to answer a question. She'd be a worthless witness in my book. However, "I can't answer that" seems to be an allowable response from people on the left so who knows?

They have believed every lie spouted by Fauci since COVID appeared because he is the "expert" so how will they know if he is lying again? As for Karine the female, black, lesbian parrot - exactly what #2 said. These people love their theatrics and puppet shows.

A comprehensively corrupt and politically motivated U.S. Justice Department has appealed the part of Judge Cannon’s previous order appointing a special master with authority to review documents the FBI collected at Mar-a-Lago last month. U.S. District Judge Sarah Merriam dismissed Dr. Bandy Lee’s wrongful termination lawsuit against Yale University. The lawsuit accused Yale of violating Lee’s free speech and professional obligations when she was not reappointed to her role with the school. She claims she was fired over her public statements criticizing then-President Donald Trump and his inner circle. Lee blames her termination on a letter sent to Yale by Trump’s friend Alan Dershowitz. Dr. Lee was not considered a staff member or employee of Yale University. She was a voluntary, unpaid staff member.

A California judge, the scion of a powerful Democratic family, granted an ex-con a mistrial for an alleged violent McDonald’s robbery because he was sleepy in court and couldn’t take proper notes, Fox News Digital has learned. Los Angeles Superior Court Jurist Daniel Lowenthal, whose Democratic congressman father endorsed the city’s embattled top prosecutor George Gascón, made the ruling Wednesday. Vamazae Elgin Banks, 24, was on trial for allegedly pointing a gun at the head of a McDonald’s cashier and threatening to kill her if she didn't hand over cash quickly enough. "Hurry up or I’ll blow your brains out!" Banks allegedly told the victim, court records show.

Franklin Graham said Thursday. “Tonight President Biden said that MAGA threatens the very foundation of our republic. Really? I want to see America great again,” he wrote in a Facebook post. (snip) Graham also noted he did not want America turned into a socialist nation: "I don’t want to see it fail. Does believing in freedom, justice, opportunity, less taxes, and smaller government make me an extremist? Absolutely not. The ones who are extremists are the ones who want to take that away from us!"

Because most people don’t know a farmer personally anymore, everyone should realize that they don’t make piles of money producing our food. A good year can be followed by three bad ones, and 2022 has been a burden. Between record heat waves in the U.S. and abroad, droughts in the middle of the country, fertilizer shortages, and rising costs for just about every farm input, many American farms are on the brink. Everyone will feel the pinch in continued food price increases and shortages at the store. As bad as the agricultural outlook is in America, it is far worse in Europe. Joe Manchin cast the deciding vote for the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, and it may end up costing him his political career if a new poll is to be believed. Manchin, who had originally pledged not to sign on to any new spending bill during the country’s current inflationary boom, suddenly switched his position at the end of July. The bill he negotiated, which cost nearly a trillion dollars, was full of wasteful green energy subsidies and payouts to special interests. It also represented a stabbing in the back of Republican senators who had trusted him to keep his word about reconciliation after voting for the CHIPS Act.
