RINO Senators Lindsey Graham, Mike Rounds, Kevin Kramer slammed Trump and said “pardons for January 6 protesters was a bad idea.” These same senators have SAID NOTHING about the men and women imprisoned today without trial following the January 6 protests. I agree, most (if not all) of these folks are political prisoners of Sleepy Creepy Crooked President Uncle Joe and Nasty Nancy. Most, if not all, of the instigators were fed plants (Ray Epps, please call your FBI officer). But sadly, until we have control of power through electoral means, nothing can be done under the current legal system. Keep our powder dry on this one. Take names, and as the old saying goes, revenge is a dish best served cold.

Nothing will change until the electronic voting machines are replaced with paper ballots, voter ID and election day only voting and reporting. It's no secret anymore that the constant re-election of the elites is nothing but a selection process programmed into the electronic voting machines The polls prior to the elections showing how close the contest, is nothing but a cover for the cheating. He can always fill up the pardon brief with quotes from Democrats ignorign the Puerto Rican terrorists who actually shot at Congress if I understand right. Sixth Amendment: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence." “The right of a speedy trial is necessarily relative. It is consistent with delays and depends upon circumstances. It secures rights to a defendant. It does not preclude the rights of public justice. Miss Lindsey took his own trip to Ukraine a few years back, with three or four other senators, on a "fact finding" mission. He returned with a nice donation to his "foundation." The January 6th defendants are doomed. They could file habeus corpus motions to be released by reason of no speedy trial, but who who hear their pleas? Crooked DC judges. They'll be dead before their appeals could reach the SCOTUS. The Congress should protest this, but it's all part of some kind of arrangement set up by Pelosi and Schumer to damage President Trump.

In comparison to Joe Biden, Barack Obama appears to be a picture of probity, wisdom, and dignity. But in reality, he's just a more unflappable liar, and now that Democrats are on the rocks in the polls, he's cribbed a page from Ronald Reagan, a man he's always had a curious fascination for, claiming that: “The country is better off than when you took office. We should all be deeply grateful for that.” If Obama were ask that as a question, the way Reagan once did, the open-ended answer would not have been to his liking, so Obama supplied the answer, too. Techno Fog, an anonymous self proclaimed lawyer and writer, alleges that the denial for a recent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request means they are hiding something. At this point in time I have no regard for the probity or competence of the Intelligence Community and neither, apparently, does Judge Aileen Cannon, who earlier this week ordered the appointment of a Special Master to review those documents seized in the Mar-a-Lago raid, which it claims are classified. The Department of Justice appears to have been surprised that it has lost credibility and filed a motion seeking a stay on that portion of the order and a Notice of Appeal to the Eleventh Circuit indicating its intention to file an interlocutory appeal.

When the federal judge ordered a special master to review the documents seized from Mar-a-Lago to determine whether the FBI possessed documents subject to “attorney-client and/or executive privilege” claims, I considered it a Pyrrhic victory because the DOJ had already reviewed all the documents. I was more interested in whether the DOJ insisted that the appointed special master have security clearance to review for classified or top-secret material. Failing to do so would be a giveaway that the whole “classified information” claim was a scam.

To try and head off a likely loss of the House of Representatives and prepare for the next presidential election, Democrats create situations which raise anxiety in citizens, and this increases the chances their candidate will prevail because voters know discord will then subside. An example is Kathy Griffin’s widely read statement: “If you don’t want a Civil War, vote for Democrats in November. If you do want Civil War, vote Republican.” They make it very clear your life will only be peaceful if you keep Democrats in power, and they think that this is persuasive enough to tip elections.
