At some point, these horrible RINOs will notice there is no one standing behind them. RINO Senators Lindsey Graham, Mike Rounds, Kevin Kramer slammed Trump and said “pardons for January 6 protesters was a bad idea.” These same senators have SAID NOTHING about the men and women imprisoned today without trial following the January 6 protests. Don’t fool yourself, they don’t care if ANY Trump supporter rots in prison.CORRECTION*

I agree, most (if not all) of these folks are political prisoners of Sleepy Creepy Crooked President Uncle Joe and Nasty Nancy. Most, if not all, of the instigators were fed plants (Ray Epps, please call your FBI officer).
But sadly, until we have control of power through electoral means, nothing can be done under the current legal system. Keep our powder dry on this one. Take names, and as the old saying goes, revenge is a dish best served cold.

Mitch "MultiUseless" McConnell awaits permission from Chuck S. in order to appear, from under his desk, and speak. The other RINOS are campaigning in order to retain power and elitism. They want to cabal to succeed.

I don't understand why their attorneys have not sought relief by appealing to SCOTUS. Their constitutional rights are clearly being violated. What I am missing here? These people have obviously not been accorded due process.

How about trials for the people that put these individuals in prison without being charged with a crime and without a trial.

Whatever happened to the right to a speedy trial? Isn't that in the constitution?
This is just political crooks protecting their power. May they all die a thousand deaths in the deepest pits of Hell.

I still haven’t found the provision in the Constitution that says Congressional hyperbole negates our guaranteed right to a speedy trial.

Nothing will change until the electronic voting machines are replaced with paper ballots, voter ID and election day only voting and reporting.
It's no secret anymore that the constant re-election of the elites is nothing but a selection process programmed into the electronic voting machines
The polls prior to the elections showing how close the contest, is nothing but a cover for the cheating.
Prove me wrong.

You can't pardon someone who hasn't been convicted of a crime. Holding them forever violates their right to a speedy trial. Face it. We don't live in a free country. Bidet is a dictator. Quid Pro Joe is crook, a pervert, and a tyrant.

It is a brave and sensible idea imo. It is an injustice being done to Americans and Trump can do something about it. that's the case for it. He can always fill up the pardon brief with quotes from Democrats ignorign the Puerto Rican terrorists who actually shot at Congress if I understand right. There is a reason Trump was elected President and Lindsey Graham was not.

Notice there is not a peep from Marco Rubio; YET.
He has a tight election coming in November, but once he secures another term, he will come right out and try and catch up to Loafer Boy Graham criticizing the Trumpster.

Their right to a speedy trial has been violated. Turn them loose and hang the ... that thought it was a good idea to imprison them, along with all the drones that went along with the idea.

They're not too worried. They have billionaires, drug lords, and foreign dictators standing behind them in the shadows, funneling them money, promising them protection, and whispering instructions.

Sixth Amendment: "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
“The right of a speedy trial is necessarily relative. It is consistent with delays and depends upon circumstances. It secures rights to a defendant. It does not preclude the rights of public justice.
No length of time is per se too long to pass scrutiny under this guarantee, but neither does the defendant have to show actual prejudice by delay."

McCain and Miss Lindsey were two peas in a pod from the beginning. Miss Lindsey brought Tim Scott in and is training him to be a lifelong incumbent too. The responsibility lies with South Carolina voters.

Miss Lindsey took his own trip to Ukraine a few years back, with three or four other senators, on a "fact finding" mission. He returned with a nice donation to his "foundation."
The January 6th defendants are doomed. They could file habeus corpus motions to be released by reason of no speedy trial, but who who hear their pleas? Crooked DC judges. They'll be dead before their appeals could reach the SCOTUS. The Congress should protest this, but it's all part of some kind of arrangement set up by Pelosi and Schumer to damage President Trump.
