Disney CEO Bob Chapek recently suggested that the “essence” of the Disney brand was misused in its opposition of parental rights in Florida, making the remarks months after the company went full groomer in opposing a ban on inappropriate discussions on sexual orientation and gender identity in kindergarten classrooms. Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law went into effect this year after several tumultuous weeks of far-left radicals mischaracterizing the bill, even falsely labeling it “Don’t Say Gay.” In reality, the law does not ban any phrase or word but, in part, bars woke classroom discussions on sexual orientation and gender identity in classrooms for children in kindergarten through third grade.

All three major indexes plunged on Tuesday after worse-than-expected inflation data raised fears the Federal Reserve will need to continue raising interest rates aggressively to bring prices under control.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell nearly 1,300 points, while the broad-based S&P 500 fell by over 4%.
It was the worst day since June 2020 for both indices.
The Nasdaq suffered an even bigger loss, dropping over 5% for its worst day since March 2020.

The drop, which undid a week worth of gains, came after the Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 8.3 percent in August compared to the same time last year and increased 0.1 percent from the previous month.
The rise was worse than the 8.1 percent increase that economists had expected, according to Dow Jones estimates.

Back in May NOAA predicted an above average year for tropical storms and hurricanes, and they had reasons to. They claimed that “ongoing La Niña, above-average Atlantic temperatures

I realize in advance that this message is futile, but I will try once again. Republicans/conservatives are in the habit of repeating the same mistakes over and over and over and over and over, and never learning from their mistakes, much less changing tactics. Their slogan is, “It didn’t work last time? Or the time before then? Or the time before that? Then we must try harder at doing the same thing!”
