Great Reset? Microsoft’s ‘Woke’
Language Editor Included in Software

Original Article

It’s been a while, but the Marvelettes should consider coming back to rerecord their 1961 hit “Please Mr. Postman,” not to mention the MissBehave Girl Band who did a cover in 2019 and the Fab Four themselves, who did their own version back in the day. (Rerecording might be difficult for them.) The lyrics—“Mister postman look and see / Is there a letter in your bag for me”—are not sufficiently “woke” (i.e., “inclusive”), according to Microsoft. The corporation has introduced a (voluntary, for now) on-screen editor in their almost universally used Office software to guide us away from what they deem “non-inclusive” language to proper “wokespeak.” Hence, no more sexist “postman.”

Comments:

“Postal carrier”? “Postal worker”? Simon weaves in the idiocy of this coming from Epstein’s pal Bill Gates. Nice touch!

I think new zealand calls them posties. And garbagemen garbos. That is prewoke I’m pretty sure. Certainly has no woke issues, but it seems a little sterile. What do we call a female plumber or welder or brick layer? Or roofer? Without a female version wouldn’t the presumption be male? Sterile and layer and roofer (too much like roofie) seem a little sexist too. With sufficient analysis all words are offensive.

Why continue to use the "postal" part in the word postman or now post worker, or whatever, also? Isn't that exclusive language? After all, isn't "post" excluding those who are not postal workers? Such asinine idiocy! How can you be smart enough to write code for these complex computer programs yet so shockingly stupid as to fall for this "woke" nonsense?

The everyday people realized that the elitists were talking nonsense, so they starting to talk and agree on sensible solutions to problems. And, the gods of Microsoft said, "Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other." So they invent "wokespeak." Now the elites could use "wokespeak" to feel oh so virtuous while becoming more ambiguous and incomprehensible.

Open the Settings app from the home screen of your iPhone – the grey icon with black gears on it. Open General; this option should be on the top side inside Settings. Later on, navigate to Keyboard and inside Keyboard, find ‘Check Spelling’. Toggle the switch next to ‘Check Spelling’ to off. The button should be white when it’s off, and green when it’s on. There are few other options like determining “.” Shortcut, caps lock by default, predictive dictionary etc. You may adjust those options as well. However, we would recommend keeping the other three options turned on – they make the typing experience on an iOS device lot more pleasant.

As usual, the media coverage on the Ukraine crisis is largely inadequate. Perversely, most of the aggressive left-wing media want to escalate the feud with Russian President Vladimir Putin to the point of driving Russia into the arms of China. This is the only way Russia (whose GDP is smaller than Canada’s) could seriously damage the West. At the same time, some conservative commentators, including some of the stars at Fox News, are unreasonably accusing those who favor resisting Russian aggression in Ukraine of being warmongers and trying to propel America into endless, useless war. Again. There is a legitimate American and Western interest in not allowing Russia to trample

COVID-19 can be stopped without massive vaccination, renowned cardiologist and epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough told NTD’s “Capitol Report” program during the “Defeat the Mandates” march in Washington D.C., on Jan. 23. According to McCullough, early treatment and natural immunity are safe and effective against COVID-19, but federal health agencies have ignored these in a push for vaccines, the broad use of which is not needed. “The government has certainly been in an oblivion in terms of early treatment,” he said. Thousands of people turned out to march in protest against COVID-19 vaccine mandates—one of the largest U.S. events against the mandates since the start of the pandemic.

Washington—Republicans’ faith in science is falling as Democrats rely on it even more, with a trust gap in science and medicine widening substantially during the COVID-19 pandemic, new survey data shows. It’s the largest gap in nearly five decades of polling by the General Social Survey, a widely respected trend survey conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago that has been measuring confidence in institutions since 1972. That is unsurprising to more than a dozen scientists reached for comment by The Associated Press, but it concerns many of them. Science used to be something all Americans would get behind, Rice University historian Douglas Brinkley said.
