The dynamic between the Joe Biden administration and the government of Ukraine is very interesting and thoroughly corrupt. President Volodymyr Zelensky is trying to avoid being the 2022 version of Libyan President Muammar Gadaffi, circa 2011.
Meanwhile, the entirety of the corrupt and manipulative Joe Biden administration, the U.S. State Department, the CIA, the Pentagon and the U.S. Congress are all saying, “Nice country you got there, it’d be a shame if something happened to it“, while simultaneously poking the Russian bear to attack. Biden and the deepest state want them their proxy war, and they will not be denied.(snip)Biden is really a stammering stupid doofus and tool of the

With Justice Stephen Breyer officially announcing his retirement on Thursday (a full 24 hours after the White House announced it for him), Senate Democrats will have a chance to fill a Supreme Court seat, likely before the 2022 midterm elections in November.
But ever since 2017, when Senate Republicans invoked the nuclear option to confirm Supreme Court justices at a simple majority, instead of at the usual 60 votes necessary to break a filibuster, there has been procedurally little minorities can do to prevent a nomination from moving forward (the outright lies, smears, and chaos tactics Senate Democrats employed against Justice Brett Kavanaugh notwithstanding).

Several state courts issued major election integrity rulings this week that could have a profound effect on elections in swing states ahead of the 2022 midterms.
The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled on Friday that the state’s “no-excuse” mail-in voting law, also known as Act 77, violates the state’s Constitution which requires in-person voting for most people who don’t fit the state’s list of exceptions.
In a 3-2 decision, the court’s conservative majority determined that the expansion of mail-in voting put ballots in the hands of constitutionally ineligible people.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Friday took a thinly veiled shot at Joe Biden, saying “I am the President of Ukraine. I am based here. I think I know the details deeper than any other president,” after Biden had warned him in a phone call that a Russian invasion was “imminent.”
According to a CNN report, which is disputed by the White House, Biden told Zelensky during an hour and 20 minutes long conversation on Thursday that the Capital city of Kyiv could be “sacked” by Russian forces, and to “prepare for impact.” Biden also reportedly said an invasion was “virtually certain” in February when the ground will be more frozen

JOE Biden has reportedly warned Ukraine's president to "prepare for impact" as Russia could invade within days.
It's understood the US president told Volodymyr Zelensky that a February invasion is now "virtually certain" with more than 120,000 Russian troops massed on the border within striking distance.A Ukrainian official reportedly told CNN that the call on Thursday "did not go well" as Zelensky relayed dire warnings from Biden that Moscow "may attempt to occupy" the capital.
But the White House has hit back at these claims, instead insisting Biden has warned about a potentially imminent invasion "for months".

A call between US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday "did not go well," a senior Ukrainian official told CNN, amid disagreements over the "risk levels" of a Russian attack.
The White House, however, disputed the official's account, warning that anonymous sources were "leaking falsehoods." They did state that Biden warned Zelensky an imminent invasion is a "distinct possibility."

On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The Beat,” Senate Judiciary Committee member Sen. President Joe Biden’s criteria for a new Supreme Court justice — that she be black and female — are “unconstitutional” in other contexts, according to the Court itself.

Biden promised during the 2020 Democratic Party presidential primary to nominate a black and female justice to the Court at the first opportunity. (snip)

A doctor who has been offering free telehealth services to COVID-19 patients during the pandemic says that early treatment for COVID-19 works, claiming that he has a 99.99 percent survival rate.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer was ushered into retirement by “left-wing dark money groups,” according to a statement Wednesday by Carrie Severino, president of the conservative Judicial Crisis Network.
Breyer’s retirement was reported by the press before he himself made it, leading to speculation that it had been leaked by a White House eager to appease left-wing critics after its recent legislative failures — and worried about Republicans winning the Senate in 2022.(snip)
Left-wing groups and elected Democrats had been pressuring Breyer to retire for months, fearful of repeating the experience of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death in 2020, which allowed President Donald Trump to appoint a third Supreme
