Chalk this one up to the fact that people have lost their damn minds during the pandemic. Last night a story was reported on local news affiliates about a Houston teacher who put her teenage son in the trunk of her car and drove to a COVID-19 testing location. She did so because he tested positive for COVID-19.
Adding another layer to this crazy story is the fact that the 13-year-old boy’s mother is a teacher. She’s on administrative leave now. And she has a warrant out for her arrest.
Sarah Beam has been charged with endangering a child. Cy-Fair ISD Police Department said a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

To competently manage any situation, accurate information is a requirement. Americans require precise data about the COVID pandemic to analyze the performance of our leaders and assess personal risk. Unfortunately, it is becoming more apparent that the corporate media and public health officials have subjected us to inaccurate data and word games for the last two years. We all remember the CNN death ticker that ran until Joe Biden’s inauguration, and Americans are still subjected to regular hysteria about hospitalizations and cases. One new statistic from New York is just the tip of the iceberg on how the “experts” have manipulated some Americans into mass hysteria.

Joe Biden and the Democrats need to give up the ghost on Build Back Better already. But the Democrats just don’t seem to be able to quit it. I guess the bottom line is that they don’t have much to promote themselves for re-election with, as we go into the midterms. They don’t have much that they can pitch to their base that they’ve done that’s positive. Not that BBB would be positive, but the leftist base would like it.
But if the last word from Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) wasn’t enough on Tuesday saying it’s not happening, now there’s more.

The First Amendment is the heart and soul of our constitutional rights as Americans—and it belongs to everyone, regardless of background or opinion. Unfortunately, a concept so basic as the right to speak your mind is now under siege. Big Tech monopolies like Twitter and Facebook have become arbiters of what they feel is permitted speech, taking your right to self-expression into their own hands—and promptly crushing it. Big Tech companies have worked hard over the past several years to enlarge their power and influence over how we live our lives, and we have finally reached a breaking point. They have carefully cultivated a monopoly on online speech, establishing

A rare economic declaration from our president, Joe Biden, is herewith recorded:
“For too long Republicans have thrown around terms like pro-growth and supply-side economics to drive an economic agenda that didn't deliver enough growth and supplied more wealth to those who already were very well off. From day one, my economic agenda has been different. It’s been about taking a fundamentally new approach to our economy.”That's right, Mr. President. We have a brand new approach to our economy. You have generated the first serious bout of inflation in four decades. Nice going. This could not have been easy. The Federal Reserve has been trying to get inflation

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published a study on Jan. 7 which found that every one of the 189 vaccinated people who experienced a severe outcome after contracting COVID-19 had at least one risk factor, like being 65 or older.
Scientists affiliated with the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases studied approximately 1,228,664 persons aged 18 and over who completed primary vaccination from December 2020 to October 2021, receiving either Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, or an “unspecified mRNA vaccine.”
Among these, 2,246 contracted COVID-19, including 327 who were hospitalized, while 189 had a severe COVID-19 outcome.

Let’s be clear what the issue is here. The issue before the court is not whether vaccination is good or bad. All nine of the Justices have been fully vaccinated and have also received boosters (as I have). It’s fair to conclude that the Justices all think vaccinations are good, at least for people of their demographic.
Nor is the issue whether state or federal government can impose vaccine mandates on the population. They indisputably can, and frequently have. In oral argument yesterday, Justice Gorsuch noted in passing that he recently rejected a challenge to a vaccine mandate imposed by the state government of New Mexico. Similarly,

Hospitalizations of U.S. children under 5 with COVID-19 soared in recent weeks to their highest level since the pandemic began, according to government data released Friday on the only age group not yet eligible for the vaccine.
The worrisome trend in children too young to be vaccinated underscores the need for older kids and adults to get their shots to help protect those around them, said Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Since mid-December, with the highly contagious omicron variant spreading furiously around the country, the hospitalization rate in these youngest kids has surged to more than 4 in 100,000 children, up from 2.5 per 100,000.

While normally we pick just one imbecile to recognize, the competition between our two honorees this week was so strong, and the infractions so similar, we ultimately had to spread the wealth. And in so doing, we’ve inadvertently achieved the left’s ultimate goal of equity. One of our winners is a woman – or should we say, ‘a person with a uterus’ – and the other is a man; we think. President Biden won the White House promising to resolve the Covid crisis, and prematurely declared victory on July 4th so he could shift attention to his Build Back Better boondoggle. As America’s Covid deaths in his first year exceeded those in President Trump’s last year, liberals are eager to blame conservatives for refusing to “follow the science.” Biden has framed vaccination as self-evident patriotic duty — rather than a personal choice based on risk tolerance and individual circumstances — giving liberals another excuse to feel morally superior.

According to the provided statistics, in approximately 43% of hospital admissions "COVID was not included as one of the reasons for admission."
Such cases totaled 4,928 as of Jan. 7, compared to 6,620 patients "admitted due to COVID or complications of COVID."

There were a lot of head-smacking moments during oral arguments before the Supreme Court regarding Joe Biden’s OSHA vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 employees. Even though I know the left wing of the court is packed with totalitarians, it always takes my breath away to hear them opine about how the government should be allowed to exercise almost unlimited power over Americans, and their cavalier attitude about the rights of individuals. What I did not expect to hear was Ohio Solicitor General Ben Flowers—a Republican appointee—arguing before the court that the state essentially has unlimited power to force individuals to take a vaccination.

Make no mistake about it, leftists lie. This is especially true of leftists in politics and the media. President Biden can claim that COVID-19 remains a "pandemic of the unvaccinated" partly because "the CDC has played fast and loose with a lot of studies and data," Yale School of Public Health epidemiologist Harvey Risch says.
"We have not been careful or objective with our data," he told the John Solomon Reports podcast Friday. "We don't even know, for example, the mortality from COVID," which the CDC pegs at more than 800,000.
Risch noted the agency told physicians to put COVID on death certificates regardless of whether they think the infection played a role. Hospitalizations have also conflated admissions "with" and "from" COVID, he said.

Are you still wondering what Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were really doing? That’s really no surprise because the corporate media has inundated us with headlines about the “mystery” of their activities. We’ve been told countless times that Epstein’s ultimate secrets died with him, and that the public will “never know” what was “really going on.” You’ve been groomed, essentially, to believe that figuring out Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is akin to unraveling the secrets of King Tut’s tomb or discovering the lost city of Atlantis.
(Snip). It’s just the case that our corrupt elites in government and media are very interested in obscuring the truth

Newly released video from the West Terrace tunnel of the U.S. Capitol provides more details on the collapse, beating, and death of Rosanne Boyland on Jan. 6, 2021.
A three-hour video unsealed in late December in a Jan. 6 federal criminal case shows the 34-year-old President Donald Trump supporter entered the tunnel, was pushed back out, fell, and was struck by police before her lifeless body was dragged into the Capitol.
Boyland’s sister and a New York attorney question the District of Columbia medical examiner’s finding that Boyland died of an overdose of a prescription medication she took for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Krazy Kamala Harris would be funnier than most stand-up comedians until one remembers that she is a heartbeat away from the Presidency of the United States and the control of thousands of nuclear weapons. This should give significant pause to anybody who wishes for Joe Biden to resign or be impeached.Krazy Kamala's latest stand-up comedy act was to equate the invasion of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, to the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 1941 and Al Qaida's terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. "Dates that occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory: December 7th, 1941,

To observe that the Left and its cheerleading media have treated the one-year anniversary of the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot as a solemn occasion would be to understate the point. For the Left, the (actually) mostly peaceful demonstrations of that day, which for a small percentage of demonstrators did entail illegal trespassing of the Capitol, represented a watershed moment in the history of our “democracy.” January 6 was the day, the narrative goes, where “deplorable” Trumpians attempted to effectuate an “insurrection” and a “coup,” seeking to “overturn” the results of the perfect and pristine 2020 presidential election.

Donald Trump unloaded a verbal broadside on Joe Biden on Friday, dismissing him as 'the voice of desperation and despair' in response to the president's attack on him a day earlier for inciting the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol. Trump accused Biden of 'slandering' his domestic opponents as 'terrorists' to distract from his own failures as president. 'What we witnessed yesterday was the last gasps of a corrupt and discredited left-wing political and media establishment that has, for decades, driven our country into the ground - shipping away our jobs, surrendering our strength, sacrificing our sovereignty, attacking our history and values,

In a representative government, the context and accuracy of history changing events is of the utmost importance to ensure that we as voting Americans truly understand what is happening around us.Tragically, over the past thirteen years, from the Obama administration, to the Trump administration, and continuing through the Biden years, it has become increasingly challenging to discern the truth from propaganda touted by our media and the political ruling class.
January 6th 2021, was a horrible day in our history – a tragic, heart-breaking, insane, and yes, historically-paradigm shifting day for all of us.

Commercials take up 27% of commercial television screen time and are the main source of income for TV and radio stations. (snip) In the United States today, the White population (not including Hispanics) is 57.8%. In real life Caucasians are still in the majority, but now on TV and the Internet they are swept under the rug like trash. Blacks compose 14% of the U.S. population but appear in 50% of commercials. (snip) if a White person appears in a commercial, he/she is usually old, sick, a freak, or at the very least, an appendage to a Black partner. (snip) Caucasian young men appear in only 4% of the commercials!

In an effort to capture the spirit of free speech and free-market capitalism, Preslee’s Southern Good Eatery in Houston is expressing its opinion about COVID restrictions in a highly-visible way on its roadside marquee sign: “No mask needed unless u look like Nancy Pelosi!”
Reaction to a December 30 tweet that, for some reason, called out the sign as “misogynistic” has been swift and polarized.
The restaurant’s sign has been used in the past to feature memes, jokes, and “funny quotes,” according to the owner, who is requesting anonymity for now.

Fox News medical contributor Dr. Nicole Saphier appeared on the network’s “Fox and Friends” Thursday to shed light on what some are calling “Flurona,” a medical condition so named for those who have been diagnosed as having COVID-19 and the flu simultaneously.
Host Ainsley Earhardt laid out examples of the condition, noting that the CDC has reported only 79 cases of the double infection so far in the entire nation.
Dr. Saphier said, “I love the way that the media loves to sensationalize something, and I guess this will be our new headline for the next month.”
She explained that the “Flurona” is not a new mutagenic or variant of the COVID virus,

Starting this month, third-party payment vendors will report $600 in total annual transitions to the IRS. That’s not every transaction of $600 or more. That’s if you do more than $600 worth of business with any of them over the course of an entire year.
Vendors will also need to see your tax information, comrades.
PayPal, Venmo, and others are acting in compliance with the American Rescue Plan Act, passed by Democrats on a strict party-line vote in both houses, and signed into law last year by Presidentish Joe Biden.
Are you feeling rescued yet? PayPal told users:
You may notice that in the coming months we will ask you for your tax information

Just a few months ago the Atlantic published a piece claiming that there was a group of conservatives preparing for a new civil war because the country was now so divided between the conservative right and the woke left. Since then, it seems the left is eagerly picking up on the civil war theme. A few days ago the Guardian published a piece titled “The next US civil war is already here – we just refuse to see it.” The author of the piece has just written a book predicting a civil war is coming soon.
The United States today is, once again, headed for civil war,

The liberal wing of the Supreme Court embarrassed itself Friday with a slew of false claims about COVID-19 during oral arguments over Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates.
For example, Justice Stephen Breyer claimed hospitals are at capacity because of unvaccinated Americans with COVID. This is false. But perhaps the most ridiculous false claim from a Supreme Court justice came from Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who falsely claimed that 100,000 children are in “serious condition” from COVID.
“We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators. We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, and many on ventilators,” Sotomayor claimed.
