Radical Fed Judges are ‘Cloward-Pivening’

Here’s how the game works. In Trump’s first administration, radical federal judges just issued rulings blocking government actions. As the second term admin has been more aggressive about pursuing Supreme Court interventions, federal district judges are issuing frivolous rulings intended to barrage SCOTUS with a constant need to intervene. And that’s followed by complaints to the media that the Supreme Court is seizing too much power and undermining the judiciary.

The liberal District Court Judges and some Appeals Court Judges are counting on the ignorance and gullibility of many people to garner support for their baseless rulings. They fully understand why the Supreme Court ruled against them. They just don't like the ruling so they feign confusion and cry for clarity. They really want affirmation of their liberal social justice rulings. The Supreme Court is reminding them to rule based on law, not feelings or TDS.

They're not judges. They are Inferior Court Black Robed Activist. Activist are not fair and impartial. Judges are. As long as Chief Jester Roberts has his BFF Boasberg running around spewing Trump conspiracy theories, nothing happens. Roberts loves his out of control Just-Us branch of the goobernbment.

Five Conservative justices should issue an unambiguous ruling that Federal judges have authority only in their districts. Anything affecting the Circuit or the country as a whole automatically gets bumped higher to be binding.

Seems to me the SC keeps ruling on the same thing over and over again. They can end this whenever they want. The left is so translucent; their tactics are old, stale, and recognizable by a significant number of people. The left hates America. Let me correct myself; they hate Judeo-Christian America. They hate God. They feel like they've conquered every demographic except the straight white man and then overall Christians. This isn't about sex, race, color, or nationality. Read your bible, once they think they've ridden the world of Christians, God is next. He's got something waiting for them, though. They will not win!

This will just serve to even further reduce respect for judges. Before too long, people will just ignore their rulings. Then what will they do? Issue another ruling? Do they even have an enforcement mechanism?

Our federal judicial system needs a major cleanup. Who's job is that? So many of our judges are activists, not judges.

Until Roberts has another health issue, evil controls a lot of the power of the SC. One or two of these activist judges being disbarred and prosecuted for their crimes, and they are crimes when you pervert your oath and misuse your power, would stop this sedition in its tracks. These corrupt slobs only care about themselves in the end, so make them accountable. They richly deserve it.

I love it when Leftists say something is “incredibly demoralizing". That is liberal speak for "we didn't get our way". Locally I have heard it claimed that liberals are nervous and upset because they don't control the government or media anymore and their Deep State is being surgically removed. It's not surprising that Leftist judges feel this way. They think that they are above the law. When things are being done legally (according to law) but things are not going as they would wish, they can rule outside of Constitutional law to get what they want. With a Conservative Supreme Court, they cannot get away with most of their actions and that result infuriates them. It is a personal assault on their perceived power, a power, by the way, that they had been accumulating for decades. That was the liberals plan, to make a liberal court system to overrule the law. Trump shut it off. It's great that the liberal judges are demoralized.

These liberal Judges are not fit to be judges. A Judge is supposed to be non-political and issue rulings on the law ,not use the law to fight the President of the United States and the half of the country who voted for him. If the democrats get control again one of their first moves will be to act to take possession of the SCOTUS by adding Democrat Justices until they take have ownership of the court. They already have 3 definite Democrat votes, a Chief justice and a woman that sit on the fence.

You already know what’s happening. In Tennessee, the Legislature passed a bill that puts a stop to transgender surgeries for minors, and the Left went crazy. Not long after the bill passed, a biological female still living at home at 28 snapped, descending on a Christian school in a psychotic rage and killing three school staffers and three 9-year-olds before law enforcement gave her the suicide-by-cop she wanted. The shooter wrote a manifesto explaining the crime, which the police still refuse to release — a telltale sign that trans politics played a role. CORRECTION*

A sizable majority of likely voters believe that the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, was provoked by government agents secretly operating in the crowds, a stunning rejection of the blame that Justice Department prosecutors and a special House panel have put squarely on the head of former President Donald Trump. While many had suspicions of undercover agents fanning anger in the crowd about Trump’s electoral loss to President Joe Biden, the airing of never-before-seen videos by Fox’s Tucker Carlson jumped that number to 65% in the latest Rasmussen Reports survey.

Joe Biden's post-presidency has been rough, to put it mildly. Nearly nine months after Donald Trump reclaimed the White House, Biden is holed up in Wilmington, Delaware, grappling with a reality that must feel like political exile. He's dealing not just with the sting of losing power, but also the inability to sell access and enrich his family. Though he won’t admit to the latter. The irony couldn’t be thicker. After years of attacking Trump and using the Justice Department in a desperate bid to put his successor behind bars, Biden now finds himself being told by his own advisers to stay quiet and act like a traditional ex-president.

Democrats spent years insisting that providing free healthcare to illegal immigrants was a moral imperative. They haven’t exactly kept that a secret. During the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries, every single candidate promised their healthcare plans would cover healthcare for illegals. Now, though, they've shut down the federal government to protect funding streams for these programs—but are pretending that’s not what they are after. Nevertheless, we know what their objectives are. But their crusade to give free healthcare to illegals has hit a bit of a snag. Faced with exploding costs and healthcare systems on the brink of collapse, blue state governors are quietly pulling the plug on their own sacred cow.

Democrats shut down the government partly to force Republicans to extend COVID-era boosts in Obamacare subsidies that Dems once called “temporary” but now say are needed to keep the program viable. This reveals what a true disaster Obamacare has been, as its critics warned even as Dems were ramming it into law with not a single Republican vote in 2010. Blindly tossing fresh trillions down that hole is nuts: Time to fix it — or scrap it altogether. The 10-year cost of Dems’ current demand totals almost a half-trillion dollars, to benefit primarily insurers and wealthier Americans. Under the expiration that Democrats wrote into law, 1.6 million Americans (just 0.5% of the population)
