Stanford University's Black Law Students Association will no longer help the university recruit black students after the law school's dean, Jenny Martinez, apologized in early March to Fifth Circuit appellate judge Kyle Duncan. The students cited what they described as the "scapegoating" of the school's diversity dean, Tirien Steinbach, for an incident last month in which students disrupted Duncan's remarks and Steinbach egged them on. "The apology was intimately aligned with White supremacist practices," the group's board wrote....

Good. It may be the best thing that "Black Students' Group" ever did for aspiring black students looking for a good school to attend.

Seems to me that in refusing to help Stanford recruit Black law students—who would presumably reflect the obviously insanely-Leftist philosophies and values of the BLSA itself— the BLSA is not hurting Stanford but doing it a big favor. Although that said, it’s difficult to see how anyone or anything could bring any positive change to the obviously insanely-Leftist Stanford University.

Recruit? Since when does filling a quota position with a Quota require recruiting. Now if it were the best and the rightest, different story. But a certain amount of positions will be filled by a certain number of Quotas and recruiting isn't needed.

Gosh, they're attending Stanford Law School and they need "safe spaces". Did someone get ahead of another person in the cafeteria line? This would be an indication to me of a future graduate who would not aggressively represent me in a dispute. You don't want an attorney who sees himself as a victim. And, again, more of the "white supremacy" blah, blah. Our court system already has way too many of those who do not promote "equal justice under the law", but I could see those marauding "teens" who were recently filmed jumping on cars and destroying property in the city of Chicago seeking a Stanford Law School graduate, who has the same mindset as the BLSA members, as their defense attorney. Whoops, forgot, they'll never be held responsible for their actions because they were only out for a night of springtime fun.

The white donors they object to help fund the university, but that’s besides the point. These people are disruptive and need to be disciplined. If they are going to spend their time protesting, they should go somewhere else. Institutions and companies have to put their foot down and put and end to all these “isms” and safe space demands. Expel the lot of them and don’t let them back on campus—“isms” be damned!

A sizable majority of likely voters believe that the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, was provoked by government agents secretly operating in the crowds, a stunning rejection of the blame that Justice Department prosecutors and a special House panel have put squarely on the head of former President Donald Trump. While many had suspicions of undercover agents fanning anger in the crowd about Trump’s electoral loss to President Joe Biden, the airing of never-before-seen videos by Fox’s Tucker Carlson jumped that number to 65% in the latest Rasmussen Reports survey.

In January 2020, Walmart approached public school administrators in Bentonville, Arkansas, about hosting diversity training sessions for the district. "We want people to feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe living here" in Northwest Arkansas, Candice Jones, Walmart’s head of diversity, emailed district leaders, according to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. To that end, the company was offering to arrange teacher training sessions with a North Carolina-based consultancy known as the Racial Equity Institute, a group "devoted to creating racially equitable organizations and systems."
