It’s one thing to understand that Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was DEI nomination to the Supreme Court, and another thing entirely to listen to her own words as she proves it.
During oral arguments in ‘Louisiana v. Callais’, a case before the high court considering whether Louisiana’s congressional map (which includes two majority-black districts), where plaintiffs in the case argue the congressional map is unconstitutionally gerrymandered based on race; Justice KBJ compares black people to disabled people. The comparison for the argument she is trying to make is ridiculous. Listen:

KBJ is DEI and AA on steroids. She’s living proof of the folly of judging people’s abilities by the color of their skin, rather than the content of their character.

Yeah poster #3, and judging people's abilities by the content of their head too! KBJ seems to have a lot of unused room up there.

Is she admitting that due to DEI she is where she is? That she could not achieve on her own?

Is there anything that the other Justices can do to get her off the Supreme Court? She is an embarrassment to the Court and to the U.S. Her stupidity and racism has no end.

Understandable, as KBJ is mentally and physically disabled. The only thing she has left working is her envy and hatred of the white race.

But - - but - - didn't a black man invent the yellow light on traffic signals?
How could he have done that - - if blacks are mentally disabled?

What KJB fails to understand is that Blacks are not "special" because of their race. They are citizens like everyone else. Racial discrimination is illegal, either against or in favor of. She also mentions historical prejudice, which is meaningless, unless it currently exists and is prejudicial against Black voters.
When creating voting districts there are many legal guidelines to follow. Like keeping all of a town in the same district, that all parts of the district must be contiguous, that the number of voters in each district should be roughly equal, ... The choices should all be race neutral.
KJB wants a racist carve out for being Black. It's beyond stupid.

JUST HOW LONG IS THE STATUE OF LMITATIONS ON LIBERAL GUILT AS PERTAINS TO THE PRACTICE OF SLAVERY IN THE U.S.? Ask any liberal and they'll tell you it's FOREVER.
Compassion-based discrimination is still discrimination. Never mind the fact we fought a Civil War to end slavery. Never mind the fact that no slave still is alive today in the U.S. but there are thousands of slaves in Africa right now but the Libs only exploit history in this country.

Nothing is stopping minorities from voting or running for office no matter where they live. There is no need for any special Congressional Districts based on race. To treat minorities as children or being disabled and unable to help themselves as Justice KJB described is as racist as one can get. Just imagine if a White Justice had made a comment lie that.

If you doubted she was a DEI moron, doubt no more. Not only doesn't she know what a woman is because she's "not a biologist", nor does she know what an intelligent black person is because they are all "disabled." Whatta maroon.

Many people would claim disability when there is some sort of reward involved. Like the ones who get the handicap stickers so they can park at the front of the Walmart parking lot. They walk in under their own power and grab one of the little electric carts.

That is so condescending and insulting. If it had come out of the mouth of a white person, most black people would be indignant and rightly so. The appointment of Justice Jackson is one of the worst things Biden has done to the USA.
