Smartmatic — the company involved in a defamation lawsuit against Fox News over the latter’s reporting on the 2020 election — was indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami on Thursday for allegedly bribing a Philippine official in relation to the 2016 Philippine national elections.

Last week, Politico obtained a video of Porter cursing at a staffer while taping a meeting with the Biden administration.
“Get out of my f****** shot!” Porter yelled at the staffer in the video.
When the staffer issued her correction regarding a policy detail, Porter responded, “Okay. You also were in my shot before that. Stay out of my shot.”

As you've heard, there is a governor's race in Virginia. It looked like an easy victory for the Democrats a few weeks ago, and then some texts surfaced and things changed. It's a lot more competitive, and the Democrats are sending former President Obama to the rescue:
