Make Vaccine Injury Compensation Fair Again

Original Article

We’ve known for years that the Covid-19 vaccines left many Americans seriously injured. Yet despite this common knowledge, the federal government’s surveillance to ensure vaccine safety has been substandard, to put it charitably. Worse, its performance in compensating those injured by the vaccine has been pathetic. Now, Congress is finally paying attention to America’s vaccine woes. [Snip] The sheer number of reported adverse events from the Covid-19 vaccine (over 1.8 million) dwarfs all previously reported vaccine injuries. But because it is a “passive” reporting system, largely based on patient self-reporting, VAERS is unable to show a causal relationship between a specific vaccine injection and a particular adverse reaction.

Comments:

With significant hesitancy, suggest caution if contemplating legal action regarding vaccine injuries (COVID/other) from being aware of such pursuit due to injury resulting from a flu vaccine; unless injury is evident with medical certainty, the plaintiff’s integrity/truthfulness may be suspect/challenged. There are attorneys who specialize in vaccine injury law (Vaccine Injury Compensation); the plaintiff’s “proof” of injury may require personal voluminous time and effort assembling such documentation to provide to the attorney representing the plaintiff; the legal process may be lengthy; the ruling may allude/imply plaintiff’s integrity remains suspect even though a financial settlement may be offered.

Lost a goof friend some time back. Nearly 70 and in good health, he took the shots and never felt healthy afterward. Liver, kidneys, heart problems, all developed in a couple of years. Colt shots? We'll never know.

The real path here is start a massive Class Action to sue big Pharma, all of them, for a massive FRAUD. None of this Covid Crapola was properly tested, even though big Pharma said it was. They might have a get out of Jail Card to play as it applies to Side Effects, but that can be set aside due to the FRAUD...and guess what, Fraud brings Treble Damages!

Despite the OP's warning about filing a claim, I strongly disagree regarding injuries from vaccines other than COVID. I was injured as an adult by a tetanus shot and received a six figure settlement from the vaccine injury compensation fund. The article states that this fund is for childhood vaccines - also not true. Since my award, my attorney advised that they have established fixed amounts based on the type of injury. The process was neither voluminous nor excessively lengthy. My attorney handles only these claims and is compensated by the government.

Begin with the obvious. Compensate for previously healthy people under age forty who died shortly after taking the shot. Work upward from there. Coincidence does not apply here. Funeral directors saw the visible damage caused by the mRNA technology but were silenced.

#3~ Respectfully defend OP’s word of caution. Very pleased that #3’s personal claim was generously awarded without litigation obstacles or personally involved considerable effort. OP’s warning is based on knowledge that some injuries from vaccines are excruciatingly painful and incapacitating for a period of time but eventually subside thereby causing Special Masters to challenge/question the integrity of the plaintiff regardless of the time-consuming and meticulous voluminous paperwork submitted to the specialized vaccine attorney for submission to the Vaccine Court. Yes, specialized vaccine attorneys are compensated by the government regardless of the Court awarding or denying the petitioner’s claim. As an aside, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (Secretary of Health & Human Services) said the VICP “has devolved into a morass of inefficiency, favoritism, and outright corruption as government lawyers and the Special Masters who serve as Vaccine Court judges prioritize the solvency of the HHS Trust Fund, over their duty to compensate victims.” He is intends to fix it. There will never be a real admission of the huge harm that these damned shots did. Here is a link to a technical paper abstract on how the mRNA shots produced "numerous off target products" which cause cardio harm, and unknown long term harms. https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/coronavirus/covid-mrna-vaccines-create-numerous-target-products-get-stuck-heart

I got the Moderna jab back during the height of the panic. People shaming the unvaccinated, proudly snarking that they had the superior intellect to know what's good for everyone else. I went ahead after my kids badgered me into taking the vaccine ("you are old, dad, and the virus will kill you"). I seem to be OK but my wife started getting dangerous heart aFib. Our "betters" have a a lot of early deaths on their hands.

Brings back memories, #7. Mask mandates at work, temperature taken in the lobby before building access was granted... then came the shots. Coworker was a true believer, and I'll never forget him coming in and regaling us with his vax party (after he and his wife were jabbed). Said he: "It was just the right thing to do." Yes the moral shaming was strong...

Still flabbergasted over being defunded by Congress, board members of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) cried, lied, and quoted Shakespeare during their melodramatic July 24 board meeting. On August 1, the board announced it is starting an “orderly wind-down of its operations,” and most of the CPB staff positions “will conclude with the close of the fiscal year on September 30, 2025.” You would cry too, if you were losing a compensation package bigger than the salary of the president of the United States. The discovery of artifacts can change modern perspectives of ancient times. [Snip] The 14-foot-long Shroud of Turin is believed by many to be the actual burial cloth placed over Jesus after His crucifixion. An easily discernible image of the Son of God is seen on it--one that, despite today’s technological advances, still remains impossible to replicate. Irony is a term whose meaning is elusive and which escapes precise definition. A lot of people think they know what it means when they actually don’t. About the best that can be said is that irony is the quality of a situation in which not only are prospects ruined and even reversed, but done so resoundingly – irony not only wrecks your plans, but does so while turning you into an object lesson. Irony occurs when the postman rings twice for the drifter Frank Chambers, who is arrested, tried, and executed not for the murder he unquestionably committed, but for the accidental death over which he had no responsibility.
