Trump goes where no other president has
dared to tread as he yells out from the
White House roof

President Donald Trump appeared in an unusual spot on Tuesday--the West Wing roof--as he hinted there could be more White House renovations up his sleeve. [Snip] 'Mr. President, what are you doing up there?' Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy reporter yelled. In response, Trump gave his trademark fist pump and replied: 'Taking a little walk.' [Snip] He also hinted that he could add something on top of where he was standing, making a domed gesture with his hands. [Snip] 'Something beautiful. More ways to spend my money. We'll show you. It's just another way to spend my money for the country.'

Comments:

People of faith and patriotism cannot help but appreciate President Trump for the essence of all that he is. “Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.” (Voltaire)

I hate to follow Harlowe's Voltaire with this, but little Cryin' Chuckie Schumer really made an ass of himself again - at his Senate lectern - with his outrage over the $#200 million!!!!! for the ballroom. Missed the part about its being paid for by donations from PDJT and others. Or just PDJT if need be. That whole concept is foreign to Chuckie's nature, but so is the President's donating his salary. I doubt that Chuckie ever donated a penny to anything.,

I am sure that I remember him up there in the first term. I always thought the WH had a ballroom. That surprised me. The cement garden should have left a few roses.

#6~ According to reliable sources, “Neither garden beds nor hundreds of roses were impacted by the project.” The rose garden criticism/hysteria appears to be another TDS-driven smear/besmirch initiative against President Trump. Based on limited pictures available thus far of the white stone pavers, the renovation looks lovely—elegant and complementary/complimentary to the White House setting. A “thank you” to President and Mrs. Trump will, hopefully, be extended to them from patriotic Americans after the completed project is revealed in mid-August.

I read that he was on the roof to show Secret Service agents how they could navigate a roof. And that while he was up there he yelled to the press "You don't frighten me, alphabet news pig-dogs! Go and boil your bottom, sons of a silly person. I blow my nose at you, so-called pulitzer winners, you and all your silly journalist k-nnnnniggets. Thpppppt! Thppt! Thppt!"

Former President Barack Obama will not face charges for treason, sedition or any other crime in the wake of newly disclosed intel. Whether Obama’s actions, if true, meet the elements of a crime is, of course, one thing. But this is not the primary reason Obama has little to worry about. Still flabbergasted over being defunded by Congress, board members of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) cried, lied, and quoted Shakespeare during their melodramatic July 24 board meeting. On August 1, the board announced it is starting an “orderly wind-down of its operations,” and most of the CPB staff positions “will conclude with the close of the fiscal year on September 30, 2025.” You would cry too, if you were losing a compensation package bigger than the salary of the president of the United States. In 2022, CPB CEO Patricia Harrison’s compensation was $524,000, according to the CPB’ most recently available 990 tax exempt form.

The discovery of artifacts can change modern perspectives of ancient times. [Snip] The 14-foot-long Shroud of Turin is believed by many to be the actual burial cloth placed over Jesus after His crucifixion. An easily discernible image of the Son of God is seen on it--one that, despite today’s technological advances, still remains impossible to replicate. [Snip] While the image does not portray a supine Jesus, nor does it show Him standing or resting upon anything but, rather, “floating.” This begs the question why would He appear to be suspended in mid-air--unless it was the moment of the resurrection that was captured on the fabric.

While some headlines fret over a weak jobs report, Marlin Steel CEO Drew Greenblatt sees something else entirely--a once-in-a-generation boom in American manufacturing that the media is missing. "This is a re-industrialization of America. This is a fabulous, optimistic time," Greenblatt told Fox & Friends Weekend on Sunday. "[And] the mainstream media is missing what's happening. It's such an optimistic, good time for a factory worker, and these are good jobs… we need more of these jobs in our country," he continued, tying the outcomes to President Donald Trump's tariff structure, which he sees as reversing the long-standing trend of foreign dumping and offshoring.

The move was reportedly made without the input of the Israeli military’s chief of staff Eyal Zamir — with Netanyahu instructing him to fall in line or resign, according to the internal memo sent out.
