The vote was along party lines, 50-45, with Senators Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., Roger Wicker, R-Miss., Peter Welch, D-Vt., and Reuben Gallego D-Ariz., not voting. Love Jeanie...she calls the shots straight...she knowledgeable on all things legal...and she's a true conservative....this was a good appointment and glad she got through....now I'd say the democrats in DC should be a little concerned....she can't be bought off and I don't think there's to many skeletons in her closets....she's been on television for years...and calls the shots even...a good addition to the administration...well...the bench!!

The Five isn't the same without Jeanine Pirro. She kept Jessica in line. Jesse and Greg did and now do a good job but Jeanine was a pro. Nothing like a former judge to keep Tarlov in check.

A courageous cyclist was stabbed to death by a crazed man at a San Francisco train stop after he stepped in to protect a mother and her kids who were being harassed. Colden Kimber, 28, was fatally jabbed in the neck with a six-inch blade on July 26 while waiting at a Muni stop in the Ingleside neighborhood with his girlfriend. The Empire State also lays claim to some of the worst voter rolls in the country, according to a new report from an election-integrity watchdog. According to the Public Interest Legal Foundation, nearly 50,000 registrants on New York’s voter list are registered in at least one other state. About half of those — 24,873 registrants — are also registered in Florida.
