Jack Smith May Finally Learn What 'No

The left found and crowned their legal avenger: Jack Smith, their remedy in very fine suits to four years of Trump. In secret clubhouse meetings above their parents' garage, the left whispered reverently about Smith's independence, hailed his stoicism, and grasped him as a firewall between democracy and destruction. The right, however, looked at things differently. They saw Smith as a dogged, smirking prosecutor with a habit of filing charges just before primaries and playing a game of chicken with due process. Both sides, however, agreed on one thing: he was relentless.

Comments:

All of this means nothing unless he ends up in handcuffs and the defendant's chair!!

Tom Cotton, who chairs the Senate Intelligence Committee, accused Smith of seeking to impact the 2024 election in his capacity as special counsel under the Biden-led Justice Department in a letter to the acting head of the Office of Special Counsel, Jamieson Greer, first obtained by Fox News Digital.

The Dem plan on all these charges against their minions will be to run out the clock on Trump's single term. Delay, deny, and throw up roadblocks. The RINOs will help, so it is a feasible plan.

If you’re wondering why the Democrats tried so hard to stop Trump from returning to the Oval Office, the past few weeks have made it very clear. The Russia collusion hoax has finally been exposed as the sham it always was—a massive intelligence scandal designed to undermine Donald Trump and to protect Hillary Clinton—all with the consent and coordination of the FBI and high-ranking officials in the Obama administration, including Obama himself. Journalist Matt Taibbi, who was once a contributing editor at Rolling Stone, has put all the recently uncovered pieces of the puzzle together in a damning post on Racket News. “Now, we know,” he writes.

Migrant crossings at Panama’s Darien Gap plunged to nearly nothing in May and June, an important indicator of illegal immigration to the United States. The Darien Gap, situated between Colombia and Panama, serves as one of the world’s primary gateways for would-be illegal aliens hoping to cross the U.S.-Mexico border. This week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that migrant crossings at the Darien Gap dropped 99.98 percent for May and June of this year compared to crossings in August 2023 — when U.S.-bound illegal immigration through that treacherous jungle had peaked. For example, in a single month under former President Joe Biden, migrant crossings at the Darien Gap exceeded 82,000.

As Politico reported, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal. Approximately 63,000 people from these countries were supposed to be deported by September 8 because DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had imposed a deadline. 53,000 of the migrants are from Honduras, while about 3,000 are from Nicaragua and roughly 7,500 from Nepal. Now, TPS status for Hondurans, Nepalis, and Nicaraguans has been extended until Nov. 18.

Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, a President Donald Trump appointee, said in a X post that his office has charged 53 people with “assaults on [federal] agents or interference with immigration enforcement” since rioters began setting fires and assaulting law enforcement in Los Angeles in response to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids. The number represents a large jump from June 17, when Essayli said his team had charged “more than 20” defendants.

About half of those — 24,873 registrants — are also registered in Florida. Another 6,247 have duplicate registrations in North Carolina, and another 5,724 are also on New Jersey’s voting rolls.  PILF’s review stated 6,788 cases of duplicate or triplicate registrations were found

Reams have been written about the latest revelations in the Russian collusion hoax that so hamstrung President Trump’s first term. I will summarize below the most important revelations. It’s clear the Administration is taking its time to reveal the investigation’s conclusions for maximum impact -- an impact that I, like Scott Adams, believe will result in arrests of a number of people who pulled off this fraud. But first I want to discuss something which has not received the kind of attention it deserves -- the death of the legal consequences for disparate outcomes and credentialism.

A gerrymandered map proposed by the Texas GOP would kick firebrand Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett out of her own district and likely add more House seats to the Lone Star's Republican delegation. Last week, Texas House Republicans introduced a redistricting proposal that could net five new GOP seats. The draft congressional map, which is likely to change before approval by both state legislative chambers, aims to redraw district lines to include more Republican-leaning areas in Democratic strongholds like Dallas and Houston. Crockett, who serves Texas’ 30th Congressional District, which represents a large part of Dallas, has called the redistricting effort "a power grab to silence voters."

The discovery of artifacts can change modern perspectives of ancient times. [Snip] The 14-foot-long Shroud of Turin is believed by many to be the actual burial cloth placed over Jesus after His crucifixion. An easily discernible image of the Son of God is seen on it--one that, despite today’s technological advances, still remains impossible to replicate. [Snip] While the image does not portray a supine Jesus, nor does it show Him standing or resting upon anything but, rather, “floating.” This begs the question why would He appear to be suspended in mid-air--unless it was the moment of the resurrection that was captured on the fabric.
