The 2026 Senate race has gotten even better for the GOP. Michael Whatley, chairman of the Republican National Committee, has thrown his hat in the ring to replace hapless RINO Sen. Thom Tillis. [Tweet] Whatley’s announcement came just days after President Donald Trump made a post on Truth Social calling on North Carolinians to encourage the RNC co-chair to run: Mike would make an unbelievable Senator from North Carolina. He is fantastic at everything he does, and he was certainly great at the RNC where, in the Presidential Election, we won every Swing State, the Popular Vote, and the Electoral College by a landslide!

Rather than engage in the legislative process, these Democrats chose to obstruct it, and now face the consequences of their dereliction of duty.
An undercover operation in Florida, labeled "Operation Seek and Ye Shall Find Out," led to the arrests of 48 men, including 6 illegal aliens. The sting against child sex predators lasted for six days in Marion County, Florida.
The report from the Marion County Sheriff's Office said the men used various social media platforms, including Snapchat and dating apps, to meet children and to coordinate physical meetings. Undercover officers interacted with the men, who believed they were communicating with 13-15 year old children.
The alleged predators possessed condoms, guns, alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, and other drugs at the time of their arrests, according to investigators.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a statement warning Democrats who fled the state to deny a quorum for his redistricting push that they have until precisely 3 p.m. Monday to return to their House duties or face removal from office.
Abbott, in his statement, cites a 2021 Attorney General opinion (KP-0382) that could let him petition a court to declare their seats vacant. On top of that, he’s dangling the sword of felony charges, alleging their fundraising to cover $500-a-day fines might violate bribery laws.
