– Biden Judge Pulls The Race Card As
She Blocks Trump Admin From Ending ‘Temporary’

A radical judge used the race card on Thursday in the latest judicial ruling against the Trump Administration. As Politico reported, U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson, who is based in the People’s Republic of San Francisco, barred the Trump Administration from cancelling Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from the following countries: Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal. Approximately 63,000 people from these countries were supposed to be deported by September 8 because DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had imposed a deadline. 53,000 of the migrants are from Honduras, while about 3,000 are from Nicaragua and roughly 7,500 from Nepal. Now, TPS status for Hondurans, Nepalis, and Nicaraguans has been extended until Nov. 18.

NO it is not a poison or crime HOWEVER, that is not what is being adjudicated here. What is being judged is that they are not citizens and they are in this country illegally. This judge is making up straw man racial arguments and ruling based on her delusional and invalid thinking. Why are we not surprised.

"Vacated/Ignored ruling due to Judges lack of reading ability, comprehension, and competence" The legislated TPS Law clearly states that addition of and/or removal from the List of temporarily protected persons is the SOLE decision of the President of the United States, or his designee, and "NOT REVIEWABLE BY ANY COURT". TPS is a "Tool" of the Administration/State Dept...no one else. The ONLY people covered were those already temporarily, lawfully, IN the United States at the time of their home country receiving that designation...inclusion and the allowance to remain here for a time creates NO pathway to permanent status, nor can that time be used in any application FOR any other immigration status.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson invoked a popular comic strip in an angry dissent, accusing her colleagues of being in the bag for President Donald J. Trump. The left-winger who was appointed by disgraced former President Joe Biden to fulfill his pledge to put a black woman on the SCOTUS has repeatedly shown that she lacks the intellect and temperament for the job with her emotional antics. Not that another example was needed, but Jackson served it up anyway, describing the court’s latest overruling of an activist lower court judge who blocked the ending of DEI-based grants at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as “Calvinball.”

The arrests occurred after a 3-year-old was found unresponsive in Huerta and Hedgecock’s apartment in March and was transported to a hospital. The child ultimately did not survive, and a May 29 autopsy report revealed the toddler died of acute fentanyl toxicity.

Representative Al Green, who has served Texas’s 9th Congressional District since 2005, will finally leave office. The Texas Legislature, led by Republicans, passed a legal redrawing of congressional maps that effectively eliminates District 9. Green, best known not for legislation but for shouting down President Trump during his address to Congress in March 2025, will be removed from office after nearly two decades of loud, ineffective, and divisive politics. Unsurprisingly, Rep. Al Green called the redistricting racist. But the only racial injustice here is the Democrat Party’s decades-long abuse of district lines to cling to power.
