Ketanji Brown Jackson Has Absolutely Had
It with Her Fellow Supreme Court Justices

Original Article

Late on Tuesday, we had another missive from the mists of the Supreme Court’s shadow docket—an unsigned opinion that confirmed for the moment the president’s right to clear-cut the entire administrative structure of the executive branch’s agencies and departments. From The Guardian. Extending a winning streak for the US president, the justices on Tuesday lifted a lower court order that had frozen sweeping federal layoffs known as “reductions in force” while litigation in the case proceeds. The decision could result in hundreds of thousands of job losses at the departments of agriculture, commerce, health and human services, state, treasury, veterans

Comments:

She's had it? After getting slapped down 8-1 she should stop the Jasmine Crocket-wannabe act and read the Constitution.

The article misrepresents the court order which was overturned by the Supreme Court. The article quote The Guardian, which says that the court order froze layoffs. However, the court order froze an Executive Order which directed federal agencies to make plans for layoffs, not to actually lay anybody off. The Supreme Court did not make a ruling on whether that Executive Order was legal or not because that was not the case that was in front of it. What they ruled was that, since the order was for PLANS, no irrevocable harm would come from agency heads following it while the courts heard the case against it.

The American people and the other eight justices have had it with this DEI, liberal, low IQ imposition in our lives. Nobody has to weigh in when thousands of useless federal employees are hired, why isn't it the same when they officially become deadweight? That's a labor union concept that nobody can be fired because it reduces the amount of union dues taken in. It's one of the few rules that allow unions to exist.

Ruth Bader-Ginsburg is turning over in her grave over the clown who filled her seat on the Supreme Court. RBG would most likely take Brown-Jackson and slap some sense into her to remind her what her job is if she were still alive. One would think that KBJ would want to be the best Justice possible to prove that she was not a DEI hire and to be a positive role model for women. Instead, she is feeding into every stereotype that exists of a DEI hire and proving that everyone was right about her not being up to the job.

During the Biden administration hundreds of thousands of people were hired by the administration that increased job creation statistics. Not explained was that most of that statistic were federal jobs of questionable value to the public. Their main objective seem to be inflating the numbers of new jobs created by hiring new, unproductive federal employees. President Trump requested plans for reducing unproductive employees. Since nobody has be RIFed, the fits thrown by Jackson and Pierce are premature. I wonder if either of them has read the EO?

The poll, conducted between May and June by Unite the Country, a Democratic super PAC, showed voters perceived the Democratic Party as “out of touch,” “woke” and “weak.” The party has seen its support erode with white men, Hispanic men and working-class voters across the board, with approval ratings sitting below 35 percent across those demographics. ATLANTA — President Donald Trump and other Republicans have long criticized states that take weeks to count their ballots after Election Day. This year has seen a flurry of activity to address it. Part of Trump’s executive order on elections, signed in March but held up by lawsuits, takes aim at one of the main reasons for late vote counts: Many states allow mailed ballots to be counted even if they arrive after Election Day.
