Former White House physician Kevin O'Connor's closed-door interview with the House Oversight Committee ended after less than an hour on Wednesday morning, with the doctor giving investigators virtually no new insights.
O'Connor pleaded the Fifth Amendment to multiple questions about his time with former President Joe Biden during his sit-down. It resulted in a hasty end to what could have been an hours-long deposition.
"I'm going to read the first two questions that were asked. 'Were you ever told to lie about the president's health?' He pleaded the Fifth Amendment. He would not answer that question.

People with nothing to hide do not plead the Fifth.
You made your choices Doc, now live with it.

Maybe, just maybe, if Dr O'Connor was a doctor on Joe Biden's medical plan like our family doctor, etc, , he may have a case on the doctor-patient relationship. But for four years, he was on the federal payroll as the head of the WH Medical Office.
But then again, I suspect that the good Doctor was as guilty as sin as a member of the cabal that are covering up the mental and physical deficiencies of old Joe to the detriment of the nation and the patient.

Grant him immunity, then he can't plead the fifth. We want the truth...we can handle the truth.
As Jack Nicholson would say in "A Few Good Men" movie.

Yes, #4! One of the best episodes of Miami Vice was based on this premise ("Lombard"). A mobster is granted a total immunity from prosecution, and he is therefore required to testify against his entire organization or go to jail on contempt of court citations.
It's astonishing that the tactics used to deal with mobsters must be used to get to the truth about the Biden Presidency. Anyone who knew--anyone!--must be disqualified from public office in any form for forever.

Of course he did. Anyone who thought that he'd spill the beans is delusional. Deep State folks have docs who will cover up for them NO MATTER WHAT. Imaging that this doc would be honest is foolish.

I tend to think a doctor should have full confidentiality, just like a priest. It doesn't matter who's paying him, it only matters that he is the doctor. If the information is so vital the prosecutors can go get it somewhere else. As it is I would never tell a doctor anything that would impact my drivers license, gun rights or ability to handle my own affairs. Why make it worse?

About what was to be expected. Of course he hid Biden's mental state.
Anyone who doesn't know that is too dumb to wipe their own butt.

When he ignited "the Fifth" here is what he was invoking. Particularly the right against self-invriination
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. (emphasis added)
*****
It can only be presumed when one takes the Fifth that to answer a question would make one a witness against himself.

If the question is 'Were you ever told to lie about the president's health?' it has nothing to do with the President's health. He was asked if someone else told him to lie.
Nor could the President's health be linked to self incrimination unless he mistreated Biden somehow.
If the question was, "Did YOU lie about the President's health?" that could be a self incrimination concern.
I would hold him in contempt of Congress.

Now that he's a private citizen, why not put Turniphead himself on the stand? It could go like this: Questioner: Mr.President, was there eve a a time during your term of office when you realized you were not mentally up to the challenging demands of the job?
JB: (bristling) during my presidency, I was as sharp mentally as I ever was! Q: I'll take that as a 'yes'.

When it comes to the president of the US, there should be no expectation of confidentiality or HIPPA regulations. The health of the president is every American’s business. We were told when Trump had covid and we were told the results of Reagan’s colonoscopy. It appears that, as usual, the only presidents with hidden health issues are demonicrats. See Wilson, FDR and JFK and just a few examples.

Kevin Charles O'Connor
February 28, 2024
"WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden is "fit for duty," a White House doctor said in a published summary of his routine physical.
"Biden "fully executes all of his responsibilities without any exemptions or accommodations," Dr. Kevin C. O'Connor said in his assessment."
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/biden-undergo-annual-physical-exam-wednesday-rcna140880
Also in the article:
""He was happy with how everything went," Jean-Pierre said.
"She rejected questions about whether Biden needs a cognitive test, saying that he doesn't need one and that that's according to his doctor, as well as a neurologist."
"Biden "passes a cognitive test every day," Jean-Pierre added, saying he constantly "moves from one topic to another topic, understanding the granular level of these topics."

If O'Connor as part of the conspiracy to "hide" Bidens mental decline, then I think that negates the Dr/patient privilege.

Q:Did anyone instruct or threaten you not to tell the truth about the President's mental or physical limitation(s)?
Answering the question does NOT cross any doctor/patient confidentiality line.

Sorry, should have asked him a series of questions which he likely would have plead the 5th to but should have made sure he couldn't wiggle out of future comments about "they didn't ask me that question".
Did you exam Joe Biden.
How many times did you exam Joe Biden
Did he take a cognitive test?
When did was it administered?
Do you know if he tested for cancer?
When was it first diagnosed?
Did you recommend Joe to not continue as POTUS?
Did you have concerns about Joe Biden's ability to perform the functions and duties of the POTUS?

Another question is why didn't he give slo-jo a regular PSA test. Now he has prostate cancer. A disease with a good outcome if caught early. Maybe he did and they didn't want the country to know that his was elevated. At my age, I have the test every 6 months.

'Connor is a bloody crook. Everyone knows that. A member of the Biden rime Family. I thought it a hoot that he would take the Fifth with its perception of guilt when all he really needed was his doctor-patient oath.

I was wondering why the Epstein situation was suddenly everywhere on the news these last few days.
I then occurred to me.... there's SOMETHING going on that they don't want widely known. For years they would bring up Abortion and the Lamesreams would go into orgasms discussing it. Now that is off the table, so perhaps they are using the Epstein 'non-suicide' in it's place. Hey.. Sex Sells, and the Lamestreams are on it like flies on doggie-doo.
Is THIS.... this WH Doctor 'Taking the 5th' and refusing to answer questions as to if The HairSniffer was competent.....the thing that 'they' wanted off the front pages? This line of questions could lead directly to Who Controlled the AutoPen..... and the invalidation of every document that was signed by the AutoPen when the Law required that The HairSniffer actually sign it himself.
Hey y'all.... we've seen this dog-and-pony show time after time after time. It's time We automatically start looking for what is being chased off the front pages.

The good doctor was not Biden's personal doctor and given that one of his duties was to report on his fitness for office there was no expectation of privacy. He didn't use the doc/patient privilege because there wasn't one. The fifth may have people thinking that shows guilt, and on a case by case basis it may, but invoking it is entirely legal and protects against the evils of government, despite an individual use. It's there for a reason.
