The majority of the Supreme Court is just as fed up with Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson as we are. A slate of Supreme Court opinions were released today, including Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic. The court sided with Medina in a 6-3 decision, ruling that states like South Carolina are not legally bound to funnel taxpayer dollars towards abortion facilities like Planned Parenthood Dissenting, as per usual, was liberal justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, [snip] Jackson’s dissent begins by invoking the Civil Rights Act of 1871 – legislation which expanded the federal government’s power to defend citizens’ constitutional rights against “white supremacist violence,” in Jackson’s words.

Jackson is a mental midget, especially embarrassing in this context with the bright folks around her. And being totally warped and consumed by racist hate, and seeing ALL THINGS through the black, cracked lens of anti-white racism is sad and dangerous.

The 10th amendment of our Constitution trumps any Civil Rights law. Jackson is free to resign from the USSC, run for office in the House or Senate, win an election, sponsor a Constitutional amendment, and champion its ratification through at least 38 states. Instead, she advocates ignoring the plain language of our Constitution and forcing Progressive platitudes as the Law of the Land, as she sees fit. She's revealing herself to be more communist than New York's Mandami.

Justice brown is what she is. She was appointed for exactly what she is. The SCOTUS is not a place that works well with racists. Every decision she makes will have racist and woke undertones. The court is there to rule on the law not on their feelings or their bigotry. If they cannot overcome their feeling, bigotry and racism a person does not belong on the court. Unfortunately it is a lifetime appointment.

I wanna know if someone, possibly an ultra-left lawyer with actual legal-chops (unlike KBJ), is behind the scenes helping her write her opinions and dissents. Which leads me to another question, if someone were helping her behind the scenes, away from the security of the Federal Court, wouldn't it be possible that this person might have been witness to the Alito Dobbs decision in its pre-release form, making them a person of interest to those investigating that infamous Supreme Court leak? A leak that nearly cost the life of a conservative Justice, or two.

Why do we have so much fraud in our health care system? Because the system’s incentives encourage it — and because authorities often don’t do enough to fight it. One of my recent experiences with the system reinforced those two simple and unsurprising lessons. The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday handed down its ruling in the parental rights case of Mahmoud v. Taylor. In a 6-3 decision, SCOTUS decided that parents do have the right to opt their elementary school-aged (pre-K through 8th grade) children out of classroom instruction that may include materials on gender and sexuality. The three dissenters were Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito states that the parents involved were likely to succeed in their claim that the school system, by not allowing the opt-out on LGBTQ-themed classroom activities, was an unconstitutional burden on their religious liberties.

Six suspected Jalisco members and two Sinaloa members have been arrested. A total of 29 pounds of fentanyl were seized from Jalisco and another 35 pounds were seized from Sinaloa, according to Judd – enough to kill 14.5 million people. The sheriff's office says the 64 pounds of fentanyl carried a total value of $4.5 million.

That will throw a wrench into the left-wing strategy of seeking universal relief in a select few left-wing jurisdictions across the country and hopefully return some actual balance to the separation of powers within the U.S. government. Of course, while the decision was a victory for common sense and for voters who would prefer judges not overstep their bounds to essentially operate as president, it was a defeat for Democrats who have relied on that abuse to remain in power even when they lose.
