Supreme Courts Upholds Right of Parents
to Opt Their Kids Out of LGBTQ-Themed
Classroom Activities

The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday handed down its ruling in the parental rights case of Mahmoud v. Taylor. In a 6-3 decision, SCOTUS decided that parents do have the right to opt their elementary school-aged (pre-K through 8th grade) children out of classroom instruction that may include materials on gender and sexuality. The three dissenters were Justices Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito states that the parents involved were likely to succeed in their claim that the school system, by not allowing the opt-out on LGBTQ-themed classroom activities, was an unconstitutional burden on their religious liberties.

Comments:

Now we need a lawsuit to stop it in grades 9 through 12. Students are still minors.

The problem also is the the “teachers” push their gay agenda in math, English, science and reading. And any other subject they can. It does not belong in any classroom. There is absolutely no reason to teach or even talk about sexual preferences in a class room. Not even in biology class.

Socialist New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani doubled down on his plan to jack up property taxes on “richer and whiter neighborhoods” on Sunday — and also asserted that billionaires shouldn’t exist. Mamdani claimed that his soak-the-rich proposal was “not driven by race” — despite his campaign platform explicitly targeting white homeowners. “That is just a description of what we see right now. It’s not driven by race. It’s more of an assessment of what neighborhoods are being under-taxed versus over-taxed,” Mamdani told NBC News’ “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

Why do we have so much fraud in our health care system? Because the system’s incentives encourage it — and because authorities often don’t do enough to fight it.
