Former Mesa County Clerk and Gold Star Mother, Tina Peters, is sitting in prison right now for preserving her own election records following the 2020 election before Dominion Voting Systems and Colorado Secretary of State, Jenna Griswold, could come in and erase them. Peters was following state and federal law to preserve those records.
Trump’s DOJ has filed a statement of interest in Peter’s case, and President Trump himself has called attention to the fact that the persecution of Tina Peters is nothing more than Democrats covering up their own election crimes

California Republicans are launching an investigation into the Low Carbon Fuel Standard update that is expected to increase the cost of gasoline by 65 cents per gallon — impacting not just California, but the parts of Nevada and Arizona that rely on the Golden State for fuel — on July 1. “CARB and the Governor pushed an expensive gas price hike behind closed doors, ignored public input, and misled Californians about the real cost,” said Senate Minority Leader Brian Jones. CARB says its updated LCFS standards will increase fuel prices by $162 billion through 2046, with $105 billion going to credits for electric vehicle charging network owners

An effort to sink President Donald Trump’s pick to head the IRS found a Democrat senator closing with an allegation of recorded conversations.
Since the president’s return to the White House, the left has seemingly jumped at every opportunity to obstruct the America First agenda with lawsuits and delay tactics. Tuesday, as the Senate Finance Committee considered the nomination for IRS commissioner, ranking member Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden (D) saw fit to level an allegation in his closing remarks.
“Our staff investigators have on tape now, tax promoters saying you met with him at the inauguration and promised him a favorable private letter ruling,”

Democrats’ unceasing defense of criminal illegal aliens left ICE arresting a foreign national “TWICE” released from custody after an alleged vehicular homicide took a mother’s life.
In Minnesota, the “code talking” Gov. Tim Walz (D) recently reaffirmed that globalist ends justified the consequential means as he likened President Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts to “modern-day Gestapo.”
Now, the Department of Homeland Security was slamming his “despicable rhetoric” after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had to arrest an Ecuadoran national suspected in the death of a Minnesota mother after the county jail released him a second time in a matter of months.

The White House called out “far-left activist” Massachusetts Judge Brian Murphy in a press release Wednesday after he ruled the administration cannot deport violent criminal aliens.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Biden-appointed US District Judge Brian Murphy said the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported seven illegal aliens to South Sudan. He said they failed to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.
Murphy even suggested Trump Admin officials may have committed contempt for enforcing immigration policy.

It’s been a heckuva year for our lying mainstream press. Despite their best efforts to paint Donald Trump as Hitler, the American public tuned them out, and over 77 million voted him back into the Oval Office in November ’24. They depicted Joe Biden, a man who anyone with two eyes could see was fading fast, as “cogent” and “better than he’s ever been.” That narrative has been blown to smithereens by “Original Sin” and other books as well as multiple sources admitting that things were actually really, really bad in the White House.
Have they learned anything?

On Tuesday, in the Oval Office, President Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, along with several other notables, announced their plans for the Golden Dome defense system. It's an ambitious project with enormous implications, if it works.
So, of course, China is already objecting to the project.
China is concerned by President Donald Trump's proposal for a new U.S. missile defense system, called the Golden Dome, which is designed to protect against adversarial attacks on America.
Golden Dome has a "strong offensive nature and violates the principle of peaceful use in the Outer Space Treaty," Chinese Foreign Minister Mao Ning said Wednesday.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the Trump administration's reorganization of what he calls the U.S. "foreign aid industrial complex" during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on Tuesday.
Rubio said previously at USAID, "only 12 cents of every dollar was reaching the recipient."

That would be Vogue cover girl Dr. Jill Biden, who is starting to look more like Dr. Evil — a cartoonishly terrible, power-hungry and reckless movie villain — every day.
This week, as Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s devastating book “Original Sin” detailing the Dems’ elaborate cover-up of the 46th president’s infirmity as he ran — or, ahem, as he was run — for a second shot at the White House, Biden dropped a bombshell prostate cancer diagnosis.

A Democratic Tennessee state representative garnered sharp criticism on Tuesday after uploading a video of herself attempting to interfere with a recent US Immigration and Customs (ICE) operation near Nashville. In the video, Rep. This came while ICE had been conducting a weeklong targeted immigration enforcement operation to take in significant public safety threats, which resulted in 196 apprehensions.

Between the Biden administration’s years-long cover-up of the president’s cognitive decline and likely concealment of his advanced prostate cancer, the Democratic Party has a bit of a PR problem right now, and it may get even worse.
While Biden’s inner circle apparently saw no issue with a mentally diminished, terminally ill man controlling nuclear codes, the Clintons are back in the spotlight thanks to explosive revelations from Buzz Patterson, a former senior military aide in the Clinton White House who carried the nuclear football for Bill Clinton.
In a post on X, Patterson revealed another major Clinton scandal, this time involving sexual assault allegations aboard Air Force One.

The black-led South African government has flatly denied any campaign of anti-white violence, brushing off the attacks as fiction and painting any criticism as offensive. But the facts on the ground — brutal murders, farm invasions,

Several years ago, I was getting ready to travel to Austin, Texas, for a conference. Just out of curiosity, I looked into getting there by train. Amtrak was the only option, of course.
My trip to Austin would take 36 hours, and the route was something like Atlanta to Washington to Chicago to Austin. It would also cost twice as much as flying. Needless to say, Amtrak was totally out as an option.
Despite its impracticality and expense, the left loves to romanticize train travel. I think much of it because left-wing media types all live in the Acela corridor, where passenger rail infrastructure is plentiful.

This is the first-ever state waiver banning soda and energy drinks from SNAP, popularly known as food stamps.
“Prior to this waiver, SNAP recipients could buy anything except alcohol, tobacco, hot foods, and personal care products,” said the statement.

Pressured by legal action from seventeen states that would have been impacted, California has agreed to not just drop enforcement of its electric truck mandate, but to repeal it entirely.
Following the governor’s 2020 executive order that banned the sales of new internal-combustion engine cars in 2035, the state Air Resources Board devised two years ago a “world-leading regulation to phase out the sales of medium and heavy-duty combustion trucks in California by 2036.”
But the rule would have reached far beyond California’s borders, says Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers, who leads the 17-state coalition that challenged the Advanced Clean Fleets rule.

There’s a lesser-known case pending before the Supreme Court on Thursday that could have major implications for future U.S. elections.
As part of their Thursday conference, the justices will consider whether to take up a case involving questions surrounding federal candidate litigation of state election regulations. Known as Bost v. Illinois State Board of Elections, the Supreme Court will have the opportunity to offer a definitive ruling on the issue of whether a federal candidate who has demonstrated substantiated factual allegations has standing to challenge state-enacted election laws and rules.
(At least four justices must agree to hear a case before it can be considered by the full court.)
