Bidenflation Is Even Worse Than You Think

It doesn't take a master's degree in economics to understand that prices are up in every sector of the economy. The economy under Joe Biden is nickel-and-diming us at every turn, and Americans can see past the smoke and mirrors that the White House is using to try to convince us that everything is fine. The federal government's measure of price increases, the Consumer Price Index (CPI), has consistently shown that inflation isn't going away. The most recent CPI report indicates a 3.2% increase in prices from Feb. 2023 to Feb. 2024. That's a significant increase, but it only shows the increase over a rolling 12 months.

The only way for inflation to go away is for the deficits, and bloated government payrolls, to go away. It is an election year, so that won't happen. The uniparty will continue the spending to prop up the illusion of prosperity.

My hobby is cars. The price of auto parts must not be in the Consumer Price Index. If it were, then the Index would be up by 50% or more over the last 2 years. INTEREST on the National Debt now costs more than running the MILITARY SERVICES!

I dont care what Biden and his communists say. When the price of my pop has doubled and KFC is $40 for a plain bucket, things are not good. Our solution is to buy less at the food store and more at the ammo store.

I bought some garden seeds yesterday. The country store manager said he had just gotten a shipment of seeds and they had gone way up. As an example, sweet corn seed had gone from $20/lb. to $44/lb. Food prices will continue to rise.

If inflation were to stop today we are still left with a devalued purchasing power due to an increase in the money supply of over 40%. And there's no sign that deficit spending is coming to an end which drives the borrowing and drives the printing of money to hand to the federal reserve to cover the loans to spend away. But even in a perfect best case scenario we're stuck with devalued money and a lower standard of living. Might as well smoke a cigarette.

Printing Monopoly Money devalues what you have in your wallet and pushes inflation higher. And inflation is not reset every month. It is a cumulative tax that is added to the previous month, which had been added to the previous month, which was added to the other previous month and on and on. Printing money, passing out that money and a ridiculous budget proposal calling for more "free money" will bring us to our knees. Courtesy FJB and the dems.

It's been a particularly rough week for former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and her obsession about January 6. Her narrative is collapsing, especially as she tried to bury evidence regarding former and potentially future President Donald Trump's security plans for that day. Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), who chairs the Committee on House Administration's Subcommittee on Oversight, also shared a report his committee did about "the politicization of the January 6th Select Committee." [Tweets] Multiple key findings focused on the supposed "star witness" Cassidy Hutchinson, who has changed her testimony. Her testimony was also contradicted by U.S. Secret Service agents.

Democrats had a bad day on Capitol Hill on Tuesday as they simultaneously insisted that the Hur report absolved Joe Biden of having committed any criminal act, while also calling the report a partisan hit job. There’s no doubt the hearing didn’t go as they’d hoped, and they repeatedly embarrassed themselves in the hopes of undermining former Special Counsel Robert Hur and his report on Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) clearly expected a different answer when he asked Hur, "At any point in your investigation, did you have any reason to believe that President Biden lied to you?"

The tedious Never Trump Republicans are in their happy place now that the election year is finally upon us. These money-grubbing hustlers know they can now put minimum effort into filling their coffers because they will be getting copious amounts of free press from the mainstream media until election day. They do it all, of course, under the guise of being more principled than the people who are going to vote for Trump, whether they're thrilled with him or not, because we understand that the alternative is the dismantling of the Republic as we know it. The Never Trumpers are really just sellouts, not paragons of lofty principles.

Hungary summoned its ambassador from the United States on Tuesday over what Budapest termed as “lies” from President Biden about Prime Minister Viktor Orbán supposedly seeking to become a dictator. A diplomatic rift broke out between Budapest and Washington this week following comments from President Joe Biden, who claimed during a campaign stop in Philadelphia on Friday that Prime Minister Orbán “stated flatly he doesn’t think democracy works and is looking for dictatorship”. Responding to the incendiary rhetoric, Hungarian Foreign Affairs Minister Péter Szijjártó said on Tuesday that the Orbán government has summoned the U.S. ambassador for an explanation for Biden’s comments. “We are not obliged to take lies from anyone,

Fifteen states are now cooperating and threatening to sue the state of Maine over its radical transgender protection bill that would allow children to be trafficked across state lines into Maine where they would be protected by law while undergoing “gender-affirming care.” Maine is mulling a bill that would shield any child who wants to undergo transgender procedures no matter where he or she is from. The bill would also automatically invalidate any court action in any other state that might tend to disallow a child to undergo “gender-affirming care” because, in Maine, the procedures would be the patient’s “legal right.” Democrats in the blue state have introduced LD 227,

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has insisted that Israel must finish the job of defeating Hamas, lest it recover and return to rule Gaza and to launch terror attacks against Israeli communities again. New York’s financially struggling Metropolitan Opera has slapped a trigger warning on Puccini’s Turandot, warning audiences that the much-performed masterpiece that is set in feudal China is “rife” with “racial stereotypes.” It also accuses Puccini of cultural appropriation, claiming the Italian composer borrowed and distorted Chinese music. The lengthy trigger warning, which is contained in program notes that can be viewed online, calls Puccini’s classic opera “problematic.” The production currently running at the Met is the late Franco Zeffirelli’s opulent staging that the company has kept in rotation for decades. "The Purge" is coming to Pittsburgh between the hours of 3 a.m. and 7 a.m., and if that works out well enough for the city's criminal class, maybe they'll expand those hours. For those not in the know, "The Purge" is a series of dystopian thrillers — the first was decent, but the four sequels proved increasingly unnecessary — set in a near-future United States where, for one night each year, all crime is legal. Whatever it is you want to do, from shoplifting to killing your mother-in-law, it's all good. Maybe the changes being made to the Pittsburgh Police Department's rules and hours aren't quite that extreme.

The tempestuous title regards the torrential downpour of chaos that occurred in 2020, ignited by the late George Floyd's pivotal plight on May 25th in Minneapolis. Senator Bernie Sanders believes it is long past time the United States moves away from a 40-hour workweek and establishes a 32-hour standard workweek without reducing workers' pay. The Vermont senator introduced legislation that would do just that. But his proposal is already being met with stiff opposition across the aisle. The Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act would reduce the standard workweek in the United States from 40 at 32-hours over four years while maintaining worker pay. It would also require overtime pay and a half for workdays longer than 8 hours and overtime doubling pay for workdays longer than 12 hours.

The latest evidence that electric vehicles are nothing more than environmental snake oil can be found in a recent Wall Street Journal article pointing out that these “clean” cars are actually more polluting than their gasoline-powered brethren. By polluting, we mean actual pollution, not carbon dioxide emissions – which is not pollution but plant food. The Journal was highlighting a study from 2022 that, naturally, was ignored by the mainstream press at the time. What the study found was that “brakes and tires on EVs release 1,850 times more particle pollution compared to modern tailpipes.” Why? Because EVs are as much as 30% heavier than gas-powered cars, which means

Dylan Mulvaney is the apotheosis of this, and his new music video captures the distorted view of womanhood that is being pushed out by the Queer community. (X) This sort of parodic behavior--the embrace of the worst stereotypes of womanhood--is a natural consequence of men who are attracted to the idea of becoming women in the first place.
