Nikki Haley has won the Republican primary in the District of Columbia, notching her first victory of the 2024 campaign. Her victory Sunday at least temporarily halts Donald Trump’s sweep of the GOP voting contests, although the former president is likely to pick up several hundred more delegates in this week’s Super Tuesday races. Despite her early losses, Haley has said she would remain in the race at least through those contests, although she has declined to name any primary she felt confident she would win. Following last week’s loss in her home state of South Carolina,

Comments:

Satan could have won the DC primary versus President Trump. I expect Nikki to call for Trump to drop out after this. The woman is nuts!

Nikki Birdbrain is too politically tone deaf to realize it, but this ‘win’ in the very heart of “Progressive” lunacy is actually an insult to her candidacy as a supposed “Conservative” Republican.

The District is an echo chamber, totally oblivious to what's going on in the rest of our country. It's a lib bubble. It's a bunch of elitists. I know. I visit friends in DC--- Northwest, Massachusetts Avenue--- a couple of times a year and endure the sneering and condesention at social gatherings. Out of touch! "Haley held a rally in the nation’s capital on Friday before heading back to North Carolina and a series of states holding Super Tuesday primaries. She joked with more than 100 supporters inside a hotel ballroom, “Who says there’s no Republicans in D.C., come on.” 100 Supporters at a Rally? wouldn't fill even a SMALL Ballroom in DC. Whoweeee... How many Republicans were at Trumps last DC Rally? A million? Enough to scare them Dems half to DEATH! They are still scared...more scared than anytime in their history. Gotta give her props though...she drew more "voters" to one place than Biden has usually done.

Just proves what most of us already know, Haley is not a real Republican and her support is from the Left. Of course, if she had been the nominee, her support would have vanished and the media would have torn her apart after the convention. Too bad. I thought she had promise but it was just a facade.

State officials have shipped 70,000 COVID vaccine doses a week to Publix’s central distribution hub in Lakeland in Central Florida, without knowing exactly where the shots will go, a Miami Herald analysis of state vaccine distribution data from the past five weeks and interviews with state officials found. The grocery chain — a major financial supporter of Gov. Indeed, defense attorney Harry MacDougald cited six examples of actual conflicts of interest, any one of which is sufficient to disqualify Willis and her office. Yet it’s unlikely that it will happen.
