Why GA Judge Won’t Disqualify Fani Willis

Original Article

Any rational person familiar with the behavior of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis during the prosecutorial misconduct hearings that finally ended last Friday has probably concluded that her conduct has created the “appearance of impropriety.” This, according to defense lawyers for former President Trump and several co-defendants, is sufficient to disqualify Willis and the Fulton County DA’s office from prosecuting the RICO case they launched last August. Indeed, defense attorney Harry MacDougald cited six examples of actual conflicts of interest, any one of which is sufficient to disqualify Willis and her office. Yet it’s unlikely that it will happen.

This article makes several good points. I hope the judge has the courage to do the right thing. He probably won't get elected in that county anyway.

Da Judge may have to face the voters. But he was initially appointed by Governor Brian Kemp who could appoint him to another position. If he doesn't disqualify Fat Fani and her Boy Toy the Georgia legislature should remove them.

The judge has to choose between following the law or keeping the Dem mob happy. Given that I have to face myself in the mirror every morning, I would choose the former. If it costs me my job, so be it.

If the judge had any iota of Integrity, he would have recused himself from the case, as he used to work for the defendant, and even donated to her campaign. She'll skate, and on to another appeal.

How could Judge McAfee even preside over this case? He worked for her in the DA’s office. You can see he is prejudiced in her favor and that is concerning. It seems to be a given in the legal community that they are going to get President Trump by hook or crook. Sadly, our Department of Justice is no longer interested in justice, only retribution. These awful judges and prosecutors are a disgrace to their profession. What is disgusting is that Fani will likely remain on the case which means corruption will be rewarded.

I remain hopeful. I presume the judge is being incredibly polite and "Kind" to Fanni/Wade etal because when he does finally Rule, on the basis of the facts to boot them from the case, and likely from any future employment. He wants to ensure the "PartisanRACIST!!! Card cannot be played against him. This case, and Fanni's filings in it went from "There was NO Personal relationship of any kind! And it is racist to even accuse us!", to.."Ok here WAS a personal relationship, but it started way after the case was initiated, and after Wade was Hired". To NO MONEY ever changed hands. ...To Money changed hands, it was ALL in cash, so that everything was 50/50, no one benefited. (I am surprised the defense team didn't make a bit more of the numerous references to the Porsche Experience, an afternoon there costs as much as those cruises did, even an evening meal there is one of the priciest meals in Town) The phone records...Fanni et all subpoenaed and received all of Trumps and the other 19 defendants, not just the fact that they made calls and sent texts, but the actual texts themselves, as well as voice mails, in order to charge collusion/coordination-RICO.The thousands of texts and calls between Wills and Wade(based only upon HIS phone usage) are from a time both have testified they were "Barely acquainted, all contact was strictly business", but most of those thousands of calls and texts are after business hours, many very late at night, AND the majority were initiated by Fanni, not by Wade. The calls are broken down by day of the week, hour of the day, and incoming/outgoing. All they had to do to PROVE it was business was release the actual texts of some of those calls, where the topic WAS business. They did not, the judge surely noted that.. But MOST importantly...The grand jury indictments that led to the defendants being charged, are on the basis of "They appeared to..." Violate certain Laws. Fanni etal made a Federal Case out of it, on very thin grounds, THEN "appears to" have done the EXACT same violations to prosecute them, and in this set of hearings. The Fani Willis indictments: Violation of oath by public officer False statements and writings Filing false documents Solicitation of violation of oath by public officer. She APPEARS To have done ALL of these, not just in the sideshow hearings, but in the Main Case, and in the Wade Divorce case..ALL of which "REQUIRE" a Caesars Wife level of pristine, and an absolute adherence to all Laws. Just the fact that SHE signed off on the interrogatories in the Wade divorce, had 9 other of her DA Office employees ad THEIR names to them, and then filed copies with THIS court?. Is enough to make it a slam dunk...and get her entire office fired, likely disbarred. That Offense is not against Trump etal...it is a against a "Long suffering" Black woman, still married to Wade. Everybody in that district knows...Willis ran for the job and made the "Prosecutorial discretion" decision to Go After Trump, as chosen pathway to Fame and Fortune, so does the Judge. "If you are gonna come..Ya better come Correct" is a street standard. And one firmly based in Law.as well.

It was inevitable that the corporate media would applaud President Biden’s State of the Union address if he had the vitality to stand upright for two hours and the vision to read a teleprompter. For ordinary voters who aren’t paid to praise him, Biden’s performance last Thursday night probably confirmed many of their fears about leaving him in office for another term. This, for example, is how he described the current state of our domestic politics: “Not since President Lincoln and the Civil War have freedom and democracy been under assault here at home as they are today.”

Democrat Fani Willis’ legal troubles extend beyond recent revelations that she deceptively hired her otherwise under-qualified, secret, married lover to run the political prosecution of former President Donald Trump and other Republicans in Georgia. A new book from Mike Isikoff and Daniel Klaidman admits that a widely misunderstood phone call, on which Willis’ political prosecution rests, was illegally recorded. That means the entire prosecution could crumble with defendants having a new avenue to challenge Democrat lawfare. Find Me the Votes: A Hard-Charging Georgia Prosecutor, a Rogue President, and the Plot to Steal an American Election is a fawning political biography of Willis.

Fani Willis wearing her dress backwards was the least of her worries while on the stand answering to ethics complaints in Fulton County, Ga., last week. Body language experts say the Fulton County top prosecutor has much bigger issues than simply storming the hearing, sashaying down the aisle, and demanding her surprised underlings let her testify. Willis' dress punctuated the absurdity of the story the sashaying DA tried to peddle. She spun yarns to explain why she did nothing wrong because she paid in cash. One of the funniest passages in Mark Twain’s autobiography involves the effect of old age on his mental acuity: “When I was younger, I could remember anything, whether it had happened or not; but my faculties are decaying now and soon I shall be so I cannot remember any but the things that never happened.” It’s less amusing when we recall that this could have been said by President Biden — if he could string together two coherent sentences. The latest example of his ability to remember things that never happened occurred last week, when he told fundraisers that foreign leaders have warned him former President Trump threatens democracy.

Why would a president running for reelection refuse to meet with the Speaker of the House to discuss a national crisis that most voters blame on the president himself? This would be regarded as bizarre behavior under any circumstances, but it’s particularly perverse considering that the crisis in question is illegal immigration — the signature issue of Biden’s probable challenger in November. Moreover, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, 63 percent of the voters disapprove of the way he has handled immigration. Yet Biden refuses to discuss the problem. It’s almost as if he thinks it somehow works to his advantage.

If Joe Biden is unfit to stand trial, he’s unfit to be president. Special counsel Robert Hur’s nearly 400-page report is full of damning evidence of Biden’s carelessness with vital national-security secrets. And his defense of Biden is that the man is just too old and forgetful to be held responsible for his actions. Consider Biden’s storage of Afghan war secrets in his Delaware home, including a classified handwritten memo he wrote to President Barack Obama in 2009 that Biden kept because he thought it would vindicate his opposition to sending more troops.

Biden has never made a secret of his hatred for Bibi Netanyahu (and it’s easy to see why a stupid, draft-dodging man would hate an intelligent, accomplished warrior). Still, he’s now taking that hatred to new levels as he actively works to interfere in Israeli politics. The New York Intelligencer reported on sources saying that Biden intends to overthrow Netanyahu, the democratically elected president of a U.S. ally (emphasis mine):
