Hunter Biden was paid $1 million by Chinese firm CEFC to act as attorney for its employee, Dr. Patrick Ho, but now Ho is threatening to sue the first son within seven days unless he gets the money back — because he claims Hunter did no legal work for him.
Ho sent a legal letter to Hunter last week requesting that their attorney-client agreement be terminated immediately and threatening legal action unless he receives a detailed list of services provided by Hunter and reimbursement for the unused funds, as laid out in the 2017 contract.

Oh this has to hurt. Most really suck when the guy that bribed you ask for his bribe back. Guess the Chinese see where all this is heading. Diaper Joe in trouble and Cocaine Mitch jumping ship. Swalwell isn’t available to shack up with a Chinese bitty spy. And DiFi isn’t around to spill secrets to here Chinese spy chauffeur

A retainer is a deposit to draw against for future legal fees. If no fees are incurred, then the retainer is returned.
Lawyers are pretty scrutinized about their fees. I don’t know about president’s sons.
It could be the jackals and locusts have gotten the “all clear” to feed. Perhaps Joke Bidet is no longer as protected as he thought.

Does The Truth change from day to day?
Hunter's lies cannot be verified as Truth because all the lies crisscross.
Hunter can't keep his lies in line...

#5, that's true for a billable retainer. There are other types of retainers.

It will be interesting to see if a Biden family member “assumes room temperature” (hat tip to Rush) in an unfortunate accident.

This may catch on. Any chicom briber who sees the "characters" on the wall understands the bidens are going away one way or the other and will have ZERO influence on behalf of anyone.
Once you bribe someone and they lose power, you then have power, to expose them.

Ruh Roh! Hunter scammed the Chicoms. You never scam the Chicoms. Hunter you are in deep, deep doodoo. You better refund their money. Or become the meat in their next dish of Kung Foo Chop Suey.

According to a demurrer submitted by the defense, Hunter is claiming the two had a verbal contract only and the Chinese man did not request LEGAL services but very distinctly asked for REGAL services which Hunter quite understandably interpreted to mean getting him to King Joe, which he did. According to anonymous sources, both were so happy they celebrated with the singing of Christmas carols, you know, the one that goes "Deck the halls with boughs of horry, fa ra, ra, ra ra, ra, ra, ra, ra." (Tip 'o the hat to Jean Shepherd)

Hunter and Joe would be smart to pay it back immediately to make it go away well before the election. Problem is, they aren't smart.

More likely the two of them have created this "demand" as documentary evidence that the million was supposed to be for legal services and not for Hunter and the Big Guy. Otherwise, Hunter would have to explain why he has no time sheets or other proof of legal services rendered.

China doesn't give a flip whether trans- or bi- or whatever. Their aim is to disrupt the nuclear family at all costs. That will destroy us quicker than biological buggaboos.
