Supreme Court sides with Biden in Texas
border razor wire case

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sided with the Biden administration in a case involving a razor wire fence along Texas’ border with Mexico. The court’s decision allows Border Patrol agents to cut concertina wire that Texas had installed along the border near Eagle Pass while litigation continues. The roughly 30 miles of wire had been installed as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's broader fight with the administration over immigration enforcement and attempts to stem the historic flow of migrants across the border since Biden's term began.

Now the Supreme Joke is siding with the Federal goobernment to unsecured the border. Is the Supreme Joke a co conspirator to the Diaper Joe Administration to break the law now?

This is precisely why the Republicans needs to remove Mayorkas. Unfortunately, the "property" in dispute is federal property, which theoretically means the Feds have the ultimate control. As much as I dislike Roberts, ruling the other way could set a really bad precedent that would be used horribly by Democrats in the future. Mayorkas needs to be removed for failing to fulfill his constitutional oath and his duties in the executive branch to ENFORCE existing law. Honestly, both he and Biden should be impeached for it. Biden should also be impeached for selling our country to foreign countries/actors, but that's a different argument for a different day.

“Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor sided with the administration. Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas voted with Texas.” Amy Coney Barrett provided Roberts the power to make the decision with her vote. She voted with the women. Surely she knew how he, and certain others, would vote.

Again, all branches of the communist dominated Federal Government is broken beyond any repair. One step closer to a break up of the Union and the possibility of a hot Civil War. I figured it would go this way, as border security is federal jurisdiction. That being said, it's up to the people (i.e., the House) to oversee the Executive Branch's efforts in this area. But that isn't happening, either. All Texas can do is try to pass the misery along to the other 49 states. November 2020 will go down as a turning point in the history of this country.

Can Nikki Haley read the room? Apparently not. With the New Hampshire primary just two days away, on Sunday she played the race card in a big way, making outlandish and implausible claims about her youth in South Carolina. Whose votes is she trying to win? Those of patriotic voters who are thoroughly sick of charges of “racism” being used as a weapon or those of the entrenched Washington establishment that weaponized those charges? The answer isn’t even close to being in doubt. Haley came out big for identity politics saying: “We were the only Indian family in our small southern town. I was teased every day for being brown.
