New York governor Kathy Hochul announced Monday that she will deploy additional National Guardsmen to help manage the migrant crisis overwhelming New York City and much of the surrounding area. An additional 150 National Guardsmen will be mobilized to help process the massive number of migrants entering the state each week, bringing the total number of guardsmen assigned to work on New York’s migrant crisis to 2,200. Hochul said 250 National Guard members will be tasked solely with case management, much of which will focus on helping eligible Venezuelans

Philadelphia police responded to reports of popular stores like the Apple Store, Lululemon and Footlocker being ravaged by swarms of looters taking over the City of Brotherly Love. Authorities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania responded to reports of large crowds of juveniles allegedly looting stores in the Center City area on Tuesday night.

Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and another attorney for allegedly “hacking into” private data from his infamous laptop. The complaint alleges Giuliani and lawyer Robert Costello "dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen."
