David McCallum has died. The actor, best known for his role as Ducky on NCIS, died on Monday of natural causes while surrounded by family at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump committed fraud for years while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to fame and the White House, after prosecutors charged he inflated property valuations with lenders and diminished them with tax authorities.
The civil trial begins October and could run through the end of the year, as Trump continues to lead the GOP field for the Republican presidential nomination.
Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and another attorney for allegedly “hacking into” private data from his infamous laptop. The complaint alleges Giuliani and lawyer Robert Costello "dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen."
Their actions violate the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the complaint alleges.

Remarkable comment by his widow after 56 years of marriage. For those who weren't around in the sixties, long before Ducky there was a dashing Russian good-guy named Illya Kuryakin. One of my favorite scenes involved his disguise as a pool repairman to gain access to a residence under suspicion, but he became immediately distracted by the bikini'd blonde lying next to the pool. It was sixties TV so what ensued had to be left to the imagination, but when the scene returned to the residence later in the show her parting words were, "I hope the pool gets broken again real soon."
