However, the Oversight Committee’s probe into the Bidens remains ongoing and capable of uncovering wrongdoing related to Joe Biden.

All this is happening during the most controversial Pride Month in years. Why the controversy? Pride is departing from its original, noble goal of combatting discrimination against gay and lesbian people. Pride Month began in June 1969 as a civil rights movement. Demonstrators took to the streets to protest a police raid on the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in Greenwich Village,

The Heritage Foundation ranks economic freedom across the globe. The United States once ranked No. 4 in the world, but we've been in decline. This year, as my new video explains, we're 25th. "If you care about living a prosperous life, you should care about what government economic policies are," says The Heritage Foundation's Derrick Morgan. The foundation ranks countries' economic freedom based on things like rule of law, regulatory efficiency, open markets, fiscal health, etc. The big reason the USA fell in the rankings is that Congress spends so much more money than government can squeeze out of us in taxes.

Desperate family and friends of the five missing on the Titan submarine fear they are 'losing time' after 'banging' noises were heard from the ocean - but experts warn the crew has just 24 hours of breathable air left. Rescue teams are racing against the clock three days after the deep-sea vessel disappeared near the wreck of the Titanic. Loud banging noises had last night been detected in the search area, the US Coast Guard confirmed, but it added that initial attempts to locate the sub using underwater equipment had 'yielded negative results'.
Federal court delivers major blow to Biden’s

The Biden administration’s so-called "equity agenda" suffered a major defeat in federal court recently. In a lawsuit challenging the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) – a new federal agency dedicated to helping only certain preferred racial groups – a federal judge ruled that the Biden administration cannot discriminate based on race. Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump-appointee based in Fort Worth, Texas, delivered a remedial lesson in civics to the administration: "The Constitution demands equal treatment under law." While such a statement should be obvious to any American, this was quite a painful blow to the administration.

The media largely ignores the crisis at the southern border for political reasons. Simply put, they don’t want to make Biden look bad and they agree with the idea of flooding the country with people who they expect to vote Democrat. But there is another major issue tied to the southern border and that is national security. America’s enemies see that the border is open and some of them are taking advantage of this weakness. In May, the Border Patrol set a record for encounters with terrorism suspects.

The Pentagon said an accounting error resulted in a $6.2billion overestimation of the value of weapons being sent to Ukraine over the last two years as the European nation fights off a Russian invasion. The significant error means there is a surplus of funds available for future military aid packages sent to Ukraine. On Tuesday, Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh told the press that the multi-billion error was the result of military services using replacement costs as opposed to the book value of the equipment sent to Ukraine.

His manager, “Mark,” is depicted as mistakenly calling him “Patrick” and immediately correcting himself,

Yale Law School professor Oona Hathaway wrote an especially revealing Guest Essay in the pages of the New York Times. By aiding the government’s exceptional indictment against a former U.S. president, she may have violated several laws; the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct; and the American Association of Law School (AALS) Statement on “Law Professors in the Discharge of Ethical and Professional Responsibilities.” Hathaway’s essay demonstrates how extreme ideological fervor can make law professors “legally blind” to what the law actually says. However, Hathaway’s essay, which is but one of many such partisan essays by law professors

In a story that’s captured international attention, world champion kickboxers Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan find themselves in the crosshairs of Romania’s judicial system. Or, as Tate prefers to call the system: ‘The Matrix.’ The brothers stand accused of horrific crimes, including rape, human trafficking, and orchestrating an organized crime group for the sexual exploitation of women. Despite the severity of these allegations, the handling of this case has raised numerous eyebrows, becoming a poignant example in the ongoing debate over justice, fairness, and due process.

Apparently as a counterpart to the ongoing lavish media attention paid to “Pride Month,” a media black hole has opened up and swallowed a horrifying story of 4 children, ages 5 to 10, rescued from a transsexual sex party in a Boston housing project that turned deadly. Nary a word about it from monarchs of mainstream media, including the hometown Boston Globe. But the always lively Boston Herald either didn’t get the memo or didn’t care. (snip) there were drugs, alcohol, sex toys all around the apartment as well as a dead body on the floor.”

Presidential son Hunter Biden got the deal of a lifetime when he agreed to plead guilty to a pair of federal tax charges and a single federal firearm offense. He will reportedly be placed on probation for the former and dodge punishment altogether for the latter. In effect, he just has to say “sorry” for “owing in excess of $100,000 in federal income taxes” in 2017 and 2018 but failing to pay “the income tax due for either year.” To walk away from the charge that he lied on a form during a gun purchase (he said he did not

Psychological projection is the stock in trade of our American ruling class. You can see this in the way the D.C. Deep State always treated President Trump as a totally illegitimate bum; especially as regards their most precious possession, classified material. Recall the furor when Trump revealed some Israeli information to the Russian foreign minister, in a bid to get help from them in the Middle East. Such top-secret horse trading goes on all the time, yet since Trump is a bum, he cannot be allowed the traditional power with respect to classified documents that all Presidents have, as in Navy v. Egan.

There is nothing unique about being a scatterbrained 80-year-old. But a scatterbrained 80-year-old should not be president. The other day, Joe Biden ended a big gun-control speech in Connecticut with the words, “God save the queen, man.” Why did the president express adoration for the departed Brit monarch? Was he confused about royal succession? Is he a Sex Pistols fan? Who knows. When asked about the incident, White House aides offered nonsensical and conflicting answers — because they have absolutely no idea, and neither does the president.

Disney’s chief diversity officer is leaving the entertainment conglomerate after a six-year run. Latondra Newton, who joined the Burbank-based studio in Feb. 2017 after leading Toyota’s inclusion efforts, is leaving Disney “to pursue other endeavors,” wrote chief human resources officer Sonia Coleman in a memo on Tuesday. Newton is said to be joining another corporate board as she steps away from Disney. A search for a new chief of diversity, inclusion and equity efforts is set to begin. The executive’s tenure at Disney ran concurrent to Hollywood’s increasing (and halting) efforts to amplify representation in the industry onscreen and off. Newton presided over Disney’s DEI initiatives in coordination with executives
