Massachusetts middle schoolers tore down Pride decorations and chanted that their pronouns were 'USA' in a striking protest after they were asked to wear rainbow colors to school. Students at Marshall Simonds Middle School in Burlington, Massachusetts, were asked to wear rainbow-colored shirts to celebrate Pride Month on June 2, but a preplanned protest broke out with students tearing up Pride flag stickers and chanting: 'USA are my pronouns.' Decked out in red, white and blue, the students destroyed the decorations lining the hallway the student organization Spectrum Group distributed, including a quote

Good!! I know lots of folks young and old who have had had it up to their eyeballs. The pendulum has swung. Time to tell the groomers enough is enough! We moved out of Nashville to the country to get away from the rainbow crap. When you have little kids, the last thing you want to explain to them is why 2 rainbow flag clad men in dresses (or actually no better than lingerie) are prancing down the street. Thankfully all we have to move is one county over to get to bright red sane country. Drag story hour ain't happening here!!

Let’s be honest. The month of Pride is a long month. Too long actually. It’s part Halloween where you play dress up and it’s part dancing suggestively in public. In fact, a lot of it seems to be celebrating dancing suggestively in public to offend as many normal people as possible.

Yeah. This school is inclusive and welcomes everyone and all points of views and religion. The kids should wear MAGA hats one day and see just how inclusive the school administrators and gay students are of all ideas. This word inclusion is a BS one way door that allows only for approved group think. I wish students quietly and peacefully, would start wearing MAGA hats as a silent demonstration for our country, to out, so to speak, just how "inclusive" these people really are.

It is rare to see intolerance. Most of us just don’t care what gender someone else thinks them self. Homophobia is a meaningless word, derivation means fear of men. It has come to be understood as hatred of people who physically engage in sex, or “love” members of their born or inherited sex, which is either male or female, other than an occasional duplication or omission of an x or Y chromosome. Presently, with the “gender fluid” concept, it is often difficult to determine a person’s sexual identity of the moment.

The hypocrisy just screams at you. If you want everyone to "feel safe" you should keep your rainbow garbage and homosexual message out of the school system. Just wear your rainbow shirt if you want to and shut up about it. DEI in management anywhere is an expensive waste of time that changes exactly nobody's mind and often causes its own form of division. Shame on the Burlington school administration for causing this disruptive event.

"Phobia" means "an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion", except, when used in "homophobia", the accepted meaning is "dislike", as in "dislike of gay people". When is someone going to come up with a Latin/Greek neologism that actually does mean "dislike" or "disagreement" with "gay people" and an inclusive word for the Alphabet people? I do not fear gay people or even, in general, dislike them (as with everyone, I'm neutral until I get to know them), but I do disagree with them and the Alphabets on many things.

Democrats in California are preparing to propose the idea of extending unemployment benefits to workers who are on strike. Obviously, this is being motivated mainly by the Hollywood actors and writers who are on strike. Normally, benefits of this kind would only go to workers who have been let go by their employers. This is nothing more than Democrats trying to throw a lifeline to people who they know are part of their core voters. It’s also worth noting that California’s unemployment insurance program is already broke. FOX News reports: A group of California Democrats are expected to propose handing out unemployment benefits to striking workers.
