North Dakota parents fumed at a school board after discovering it has kept students' preferred gender identities under wraps. Fargo Public Schools publicly announced that they would defy Republican Gov. Doug Burgum’s law that bans such actions in the classroom. “We will not openly out any student because of one law if we know that that’s going to cause harm to that child,” Fargo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Rupak Gandhi said.

Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said Wednesday that she supports efforts from the Biden administration to require the U.S. military to implement an all-electric vehicle fleet by 2030, telling lawmakers that she believes "we can get there."
Granholm's remarks came during a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing following questions from Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, who asked the Biden administration official whether she supports the military's adoption of an "EV fleet by 2030."

In recent years, several school districts have been ousted for keeping parents in the dark about their child’s gender transitions at school.(snip) And last year, Republican Sen. Tim Scott (SC) introduced legislation that would prevent schools from hiding information about a student’s gender identity from their parents. Documents obtained from parental rights organization Parents Defending Education and reviewed by Townhall show that Pueblo School District 60 in Colorado has guidelines to keep students’ “gender identity” secret from their parents.

Several pro-abortion Democratic lawmakers sent a letter to Google urging the company to give “accurate” search results pertaining to abortion procedures. The lawmakers specifically ask the search platform to direct women to abortion clinics instead of pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.
The letter, led by Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), was signed by 14 senators and seven representatives.
In the letter, the pro-abortion lawmakers refer to crisis pregnancy centers as “fake clinics.” It cites a study conducted by the Center for Countering Digital Hate, “a U.S.-based nonprofit that fights online hate and misinformation.”

The father of a high school girl who lost a skiing competition to a boy claiming to be a transgender girl is speaking out.
Male-born student June Watterson won a ski competition and ranked number one in the High School State Champions women’s slalom race on March 6 at the California-Nevada Interscholastic Ski & Snowboard Federation (CNISSF) state finals. But one father was not at all happy about the big win.
Watterson, a sophomore at Davis Senior High School, won first place in the women’s heat with a combined result of 1:08.29 – beating Carlie Chandler, who came second, by 17 seconds, according to the Daily Mail.
