The Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals voted on Friday to uphold a Florida school-board policy requiring students to use the bathroom of their biological sex. In a vote that was perfectly split down party lines, seven Republican justices ruled that the St. Johns County School Board transgender bathroom ban was constitutional, while the remaining four Democratic justices all dissented. All democrats always vote straight down the party line. Are there no morally straight, American loving democrats left or are they all America hating perverts?

Amazing this is even a question for the courts and a demonstrating of how our society has descended thanks to the leftist attempt to destroy everything that is holy, patriotic or common sense.

EXCUSE ME..."gender status" is an imaginary construct which can be applied to certain romance language vocabularies, but not to human identity. One IS what one was born, a male, or a female, while there is an exceedingly small population of people with both kinds of plumbing. One cannot successfully make up one's sexual identity. One can play dress up but it's only a game. It's NOT real! This isn't actionable, it's mental illness.

FTA: Judge Jill Pryor, appointed by Barack Obama, noted in her dissenting opinion that, “The bathroom policy categorically deprives transgender students of a benefit that is categorically provided to all cisgender students—the option to use the restroom matching one’s gender identity.” The Hack Judge fails to mention the rights of the 98% who have a right to privacy and the right to not be ogled by the perverts who call themselves "Transgender". She also fails to mention the "Transgender" girl in Loudon County VA, who RAPED two girls at different schools, while being protected by the Garbage Democrat School Board! Jilll Pryor has got to be a real POS!

President Joe Biden plans to appear with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) in Kentucky on Wednesday, to promote infrastructure. The president will use his appearance with McConnell to signal bipartisanship with establishment Republicans even as they take control of the House of Representatives. Biden and McConnell are expected to celebrate the massive $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill passed in 2021, which McConnell and establishment Republicans worked with Democrats and the White House to get passed.

California’s SB 1327 went into effect on January 1, 2023, allowing private residents in the state to file suits against gun manufacturers who violate the state’s “assault weapons” ban or ban on gun sales to anyone under 21. The Los Angeles Times reported that supporters of the new law view the lawsuit option as a way of “enlisting an army of grass-roots enforcers” to safeguard the state’s “assault weapons” ban and minimum age requirement. SB 1327 was passed in reaction to the Texas heartbeat law, which allows abortionists to be sued for terminating pregnancies beyond six weeks of pregnancy.

Democrats claimed the Inflation Reduction Act would help ordinary Americans, but new analysis suggests people making less than $400,000 a year could end up paying $20 billion of the new tax revenue it brings in. President Joe Biden signed the act into law in August, injecting $473 billion of new spending on climate and healthcare, yet there are strong concerns it will do little to reduce inflation. In fact, middle class Americans will pay new taxes - directly contradicting Biden's promise to not raise penalties on people earning under $400,000.  Republicans continue to criticize the bill, claiming it will lead to taxes on ordinary Americans and do little to help reduce soaring costs.

"Two of the break-ins were at Tacoma Public Utilities substations and two others were at a Puget Sound Energy station, according to the sheriff's office in Pierce County, which encompasses Tacoma. No arrests have been announced."

The situation in Buffalo, NY, continues to break down. Power has been out for days as thousands of people remain snowed in as a result of a so-called “bomb cyclone” that brought freezing temperatures and precipitation. Buffalo was hit especially hard compared to other regions in the Northeast due to the effect of bordering Lake Erie. Not everyone remains snowed in, though. Some have extricated themselves from their homes just in time to start looting. Videos of people ransacking businesses began to surface on Christmas Day. I’ve seen some suggest that this is acceptable because they are just stealing necessities. Yeah, well except they aren’t just stealing necessities,

In simple terms, “replacement theory” holds that welcoming immigration policies are part of a plan designed to undermine or “replace” the political power of conservatives in the U.S. Make no mistake: replacement theory is real — and the Democrat Party blatantly continues to embrace it at the southern border. Fox News host Tucker Carlson has in the past been all but burned at the stake by the rabid left for daring to discuss replacement theory on his program, including by Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which laughably describes itself as an “anti-hate” group, went after Carlson in early 2021: In the days following Tucker Carlson’s vitriolic, xenophobic commentary about demographic change

If the Federal government lied about their censorship, what other election initiatives are they lying about? Let’s look at their program created to gain access to local election data. Around 2011 DHS created their own intrusion detection system called the ALBERT Sensor. It’s part of the larger Einstein System that protects federal agencies from cyber risks. ALBERT is a “black box” server installed on a County’s network. It collects the traffic flowing on their election network and transmits this data to a nonprofit in NY. DHS selected this non-profit to monitor all the election data from across the United Sates.
