Queen Elizabeth II has died today aged 96.
Her son Charles, the former Prince of Wales, is now King Charles III, as the world grieves his mother, Britain's longest-reigning monarch.
All Her Majesty's children had rushed to Balmoral today after doctors became 'concerned' for her health. Hours later she died, surrounded by her family.
At 6.30pm her death was confirmed. A Buckingham Palace spokesman said: 'The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow'.

God rest HRH Queen Elizabeth. She served with honor. It will be a long time before the world sees another royal serve for seventy years. Charles, sadly, is a born fool. God save Enland.

God rest Her Majesty the Queen. There won't be anyone like her in England and now she can join her beloved Philip in Heaven. I'll not post anything about her idiot son yet but rest assured that's coming.

She had the crown thrust upon her at an early age and was an incredible Monarchk. She reigned with dignity, honor, and duty foremost in her heart. Through all the family difficulties she remained a steadfast example of proper behavior and decorum. This world will be a far lesser place without her presence. God comfort her family and give wisdom to her successor. He is going to need it.

Q Elizabeth died on Mary, Mother of Jesus's birthday.
There's no one, in the ranks, who possesses QE2's decorum, intelligence, and integrity.
She birthed a bunch of idiots!

The end of the once Great British Empire, now just an island adrift led by fakers, fools and amateurs. Elizabeth I, the Virgin Queen, would weep.

Reading about the death of the queen, I am reminded of Denis Diderot, who so (in)famously said: "Mankind will never be truly free until the last King is strangled with the entrails of the last priest."

Only thing I can say is Diana was correct. Charles is not fit to be king. He couldn't even keep a marriage vow made before God, how can anybody expect him to keep his coronation vows?

Elizabeth was the anomaly. Now things will get back to normal. Charlie, Camilla, Harry and Meghan have been working towards that for some time.

The last of the great ones. May Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, rest in peace. How sad though for the world to get prince chuck to replace her. Yes, maybe his reign of leftism will be short so William can pick up the pieces.

And on cue, Reuters is running a montage of the Queen meeting all the US Presidents since Truman. And of course, their comments about the Trump visits were snide and lies but the ones about the Obamas and Bidens were all suck ups.
RIP HRHII

It’s of course no American’s business regarding the suitability of King Charles III. He will not be loved as was his mother. He is not an idiot. I imagine he will conduct himself correctly.
I was born a month after Elizabeth became queen so she was center stage my entire life. I admire her and, although it seems odd, will miss her. I wish King Charles III follows the example of his great uncle Edward and abdicates so the young William and Kate become king and queen, but it really isn’t my business.

Just saw on Gateway Pundit the beautiful pictures of first one, and then a double rainbow appearing over Buckingham Palace at the news of Queen Elizabeth's death. Definitely signs and wonders happening there - which, of course, always have to come to you; you can never go looking for them. We can't make them happen.
Wonder if any of our elites - technocrats - oligarchs - powers-that-be - et al - could ever make something like that happen? He's still in charge, and, besides, it's His Mother's birthday.

Elizabeth deserves honor for her service during WWII and beyond but Biden will release a statement "recalling" the time when he, Trump, and Prince Charles were going to PS 152 in Queens, he whipped Trump out behind the gym for stealing Charlie's lunch money, no joke.

Elizabeth made her mark as a teenager in 1940 - - and improved steadily from there for the next 82 years.
There is a movement to officially designate her as Elizabeth The Great - - to which I say "hear, hear!"
But as far as King Jugears The First goes - - the less said the better.

The entire Windsor clan will need prayer not just Charles. Many issues will now come to the fore now that Elizabeth has passed. The British people are suffering and they will be most concerned with feeding and clothing their own families. An era has passed and there will be many changes. Some are long overdue. My condolences to the family and all her friends as we celebrate her great life!

Queen Elizabeth is the last of the World War II generation that saved the world. She had grace, grit, honor and courage and there isn't a single world leader today that will be able to take her place. It is tragic, her grandson Harry, was unable to see her before she passed. His wife is the absolute antithesis of Elizabeth. I hope that with the passing of his grandma, Harry will come to his senses, ditch the troublemaker and return to his family.
The world is greatly diminished with Queen Elizabeth's death today. May God rest her soul and bless her and her family.

# 23 They are the continuing thread through England's history that goes back 1000 years. They used to be absolute monarchs, but with changing times became constitutional monarchs. They are living symbol of a shared history. They are the patrons of countless charities which have helped millions.

#20 reminds me of the funeral of Pope John Paul II - when his coffin was being carried down the steps from St. Peter’s a ray of sunshine broke through the cloud covered sky and shined down directly on the coffin.
God had spoken and he did again today in London.

Her remarkable blend of wisdom, warmth and dignity was amazing, even in the most stressful times. She exemplified compassion and strength in leadership. Her service during these past 70 years of turbulence throughout the world stands firm as a noble example for today's leaders who often flounder and cause conflict. The world will miss her kind example.

#27 good response to #23. You forgot that the Crown alone brings in billions of tourist pounds, far more than what the Queen received when the Palace requested an increase in money. The Queen became a symbol of continuity. The royal history was closely intermingled with that of her subjects, their highs and lows. She was a remarkable woman who loved the country she represented. Saw her once while she was on her way of the opening of parliament in all her regalia. No, she didn't stop to have a chat. She did look much better than on film or photos, incredible eyes and skin. Loved the rainbow. It was a sign, and a good one. May she rest in peace.

Death is the Great Equalizer, regardless of pedigree. If she died a Christian, then I suspect that right now she's one of those who are "casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea...." (If you're familiar with the well-known hymn).
