NEWNAN, Ga. — Georgia Democrats have grown increasingly pessimistic about Stacey Abrams’s chances of ousting Gov. Brian Kemp from office, pointing to her struggles to rally key parts of her party’s coalition and her inability to appeal to a slice of moderate Republican voters who can decide the state’s elections. Public and private polls have consistently shown her trailing Mr. Kemp, a Republican seeking a second term. And, in a particularly worrying sign for Ms. Abrams, polls also show she is drawing less support than the other high-profile Democrat on the ballot, Senator Raphael Warnock, who is seeking a first

Brian Kemp has an advantage over The Blob that no one wants to mention. He has a wife and daughters. Stout Stacy has no significant other. No boy friend. No girl friend. She writes porn novels using the name Selena Montgomery. There is something funny about that woman. Kemp wants to return tax money to the people who paid it. Kemp made Georgia a constitutional carry state. My wallet and holster are for Kemp.

I am with #5. Except for the vote fraud ruckus in 2020, Kemp has been an excellent governor. Georgia is in good shape financially and didn’t go overboard with the pandemic porn lockdowns. He also signed an election integrity law that got all the usual suspects screaming at the sky. MLB then pandered to the left and yanked the All-Star game from Atlanta then had to watch as the Atlanta Braves won the World Series. Bwahahaha.

Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin has threatened to cut off Europe’s energy supplies completely. He vowed to axe all “gas, coal and heating oil” if the EU imposes a price cap this winter. He fumed: “We will not supply anything.” The Kremlin chief blasted EU plans as “stupid” and vowed Russia would renege on deals to supply gas through the Nord Stream pipeline. Addressing a forum in Vladivostok, he said: “Will there be any political decisions that contradict the contracts? Yes, we just won’t fulfil them. We will not supply anything at all if it contradicts our interests.” Quoting a Russian

Pennsylvania lieutenant governor and U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman has not fully recovered from the serious stroke he suffered in May. His campaign has acknowledged his obvious struggles with “auditory processing” and speech, but the persistence of those struggles has contrasted with the campaign’s rosier predictions of a return to the rigors of campaigning, including debating his opponent, Mehmet Oz. If Mr. Fetterman is not well enough to debate his opponent, that raises serious concerns about his ability to serve as a United States senator. None of this excuses the antics of Mr. Oz’s campaign, which has decided that their
