It’s pretty clear that the left is organizing to dump Joe Biden when it becomes evident that he’s a certain loser in 2024. Rather that waiting for a Ted Kennedy-like figure to challenge him in the 2024 primaries, which would likely doom Democrats to certain defeat, the left will need to push him out early, and clear the calendar for one or more Democrats to organize a serious presidential campaign. (It goes without saying the Democratic Party intelligentsia knows that Kamala Harris is a hopeless candidate.) There really isn’t a towering Ted Kennedy-like figure in the Democratic Party today.

A federal grand jury and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) subpoenaed President Trump’s social media company on Friday. According to CNBC, Trump Media and Technology Group said it would comply with the subpoenas. Although some employees received subpoenas, none were issued to Trump or TMTG CEO Devin Nunes. “The Justice Department and the SEC, which regulates the stock market, are investigating the deal between DWAC and Trump Media. By merging with DWAC, which is a kind of shell company called a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, Trump’s firm would gain access to potentially billions of dollars on public equities markets.” CNBC reported.

Democrats are despairing about the possibility of Kamala Harris becoming the 2024 nominee if President Biden doesn’t seek a second term in office, insiders told The Post. Three polls just this month show more than 50% of Americans hold an unfavorable view of Harris, and those headwinds will likely only increase should Republicans retake the House next year. “Her main problem is not being a woman or mixed race, her problem is she has low ratings just like President Biden,” said Larry Sabato, a professor of Politics at the University of Virginia.

Joe Biden has been blasted by Jeff Bezos and China for pleading with gas companies to lower their prices to help inflation-battered American. The president tweeted Saturday: 'My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril. Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you’re paying for the product. And do it now.' The tweet came amid the July 4th holiday weekend where Americans are paying an average of $4.822 for gas.

The message from Democrats after a month of celebrating “pride” is that it’s time to feel shame. Unfortunately, they aren’t referring to any of the debauch festivals and depraved events promoted throughout the month of June. Ever detached from logic and reason, the month of July kicked off for the left with a reminder that America is filled with “hate and unrest” and “a lot of people probably don’t want to celebrate our nation right now.” At least that was the message from the City of Orlando, Florida Friday as they promoted their upcoming Independence Day fireworks display.

In our country today, there are people who dismiss the Founding Fathers through the prism of 2022. If these people had their way, they would remove every plaque, statue or word that celebrates the genius and courageous acts of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence. For example, on July 3, 2019, a journalist from Vox put out this little gem: “The main benefit of the revolution to colonists was that it gave more political power to America’s white male minority.” I suspect that when the 56 men signed the declaration in Philadelphia in 1776 — a literal death warrant for each —

A few days ago, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka AOC, of New York informed her 8.6 million followers on Instagram that she was resorting to a new kind of “resistance” in the wake of the recent Supreme Court ruling that overturned Roe v. Wade. (snip) Was she going to lead marches across the nation to protest the overturning of Roe V. Wade? (snip) AOC was instead going to “redo her nails.” You read that right: “redo her nails” to display her commitment to the resistance. The founding fathers of civil disobedience such as Mahatma Gandhi, MLK, and Nelson Mandela must feel like absolute dunces for not envisaging

A Seattle man was arrested for reading aloud the Gospel of Saint Matthew in a public park as a “Gay Pride*” event was taking place. Matthew Meinecke, often referred to as a “street preacher,” was on public property reading aloud from the Bible without the benefit of amplification when he was rousted and then arrested by Seattle’s finest. (snip) according to reports, the Seattle city prosecutor does not plan on charging Meinecke for anything. This reveals the true purpose of the arrest was to silence Meinecke so the Gay Pride bunch wouldn’t be upset.
